Asked to change the TV station in the lounge area while I was waiting for my auto service. Gentleman in cashier booth said he was told not to. I went to service manager and she said they have no remote to change station. You mean to tell me Reed Nissan can't afford a universal remote control? I was upset.

Very attentive, good customer service. Appointments are readily available, and the waiting time is reasonable. The waiting lounge is comfortable, and I appreciate all the coffee flavors, lol.

Great service!! They were polite and friendly. They kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle throughout my time at the dealership.
