The first time I walked into One Yoga & Fitness, I instantly felt welcomed and at ease. The teachers are truly outstanding!!! I love the variety of classes and times they offer that work with my busy schedule. Highly recommend!
One Yoga and Fitness opened in December of 2011. Since then we have grown into a 3000 square foot space with two studios. We offer all levels of yoga and fitness classes to meet individuals where they are. Our offerings include Gentle Beginner Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hot Power Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Pilates, TRX strength and conditioning, with over 30 classes weekly currently on schedule.
