“Kudos to Charlene! She has been incredibly helpful, and I am always grateful for the way she handles my concerns. I was the last customer of the day and was running behind, but Charlene never made me feel rushed. While checking me in, she noticed that some of the items in my box presented safety concerns. She went above and beyond to help me, carefully putting the items back and making sure the box was safely sealed. Her patience, extra time, and genuine effort did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and dedication to making sure I was taken care of. Charlene is a great example of someone who goes the extra mile for her customers!”
