About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service office is described as having an incredibly helpful staff that is attentive, polite, patient, and informative. However, experiences can vary. Some find the location and drop box inconvenient, especially during rush hour. While one customer strongly recommends the office, another recounts a frustrating interaction where a postal worker's process seemed unnecessarily difficult, despite the simple request. The service receives both high praise for helpfulness in a time of need and criticism for procedures that can drive customers nuts.

The rudest staff, miserable, not willing to help, and just lazy. The worst customer service EVER. The lady behind the counter with the star tattoo near her ear is by far the most miserable person I’ve ever encountered at a post office.

It's an easily accessible post office close to home. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a small and not too busy post office.
