So I'm now in my 4th week of this challenge. For me its not been easy. I've done everything I was supposed to do but doesn't seem I'm going to meet the goal. Very disappointed. Still it's gotten me off the coach and to the start of an active lifestyle with a new appreciation of how much it takes.

Much more of a personal touch than the bigger, more commercialized gyms I'm used to. Josh and staff are very knowledgeable and seem very interested in the member's progress. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!
