“I appreciate how easy it is to sign up for a unit. I signed up in advance and the staff was amazing! I was always able to get a hold of someone whenever I called and everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and very friendly! On the day I finalized my storage rental Ashley was very welcoming and took the time to answer all my questions, concerns and even showed me exactly where my unit is. The facility is very clean and looks new. I am pleased the with security features. I know I made an excellent choice by going with US Storage Centers of Clermont! Thanks again Ashley!”

“Storage facility is very nice. It's clean and paved and well lit. However the best asset that this facility has going for it is Lilly. She is very customer oriented and is a breath of fresh air. She knows the business inside and out. While I know she is busy she never made me feel anything but her top priority. You don't get this kind of customer service anymore. It is refreshing to know that if I have a question or concern Lilly is right there to assist me and always smiling. If I got the opportunity to give 10 stars she would have gotten them. “Great thanks to the homeowner and everybody there at U-Haul I had a horrible experience with U-Haul in Mineola I will never use them ever again their business practices are piss poor when you’re told you have something to be held for you and you give them a timeframe and you go to get it it’s rented out not good business practice but U-Haul Claremont was top-notch they honor the price from the other store and saw they rented out my trailer and they immediately got me on the books and held one for me they are honorable and I highly recommend them to Everybody”

“I am a retired Marine and relocated to the Winter Garden, FL area in JULY 2023 as we have two daughters and three grandchildren who live nearby. We needed self storage and considered Florida Self Storage in the 34787.Jeremy was professional and accommodating as he walk us through the rental agreement.Later we went to visit other family in AZ and CA and were contacted by the Claremont police department who informed me that my enclosed cargo trailer was broken into along with 8 other units. We can’t stop all thieves as most all security (chains, locks, and doors) can all be breached. However, this installation does have security cameras so they were able to provide the video to the police. Hopefully ? they catch the culprits. They cut the chains and used a grinder to cut through my locked handle.Fortunately, my daughter and her husband were able to step up and assist with the police report, insurance, and repair.Jeremy also assisted me with transferring to a different spot on the facility. Thanks again Jeremy!For the folks that have negative reviews, which you a certainly entitled to, I recommend being kind and considerate to others and reading the contracts you sign so you will have better life experiences.Best regards ?”
