“I had a wonderful experience at this location, not despite of problems I encountered, but because of the problems. On the first visit, Fran and Tyler worked for more than an hour to troubleshoot the problems I was having with my iPhone 15. When they could not resolve the problem, they managed to order a new phone for under $25. After two weeks of doing without my phone (thank goodness I own a MacBook Pro and I could make due through text, email and FaceTime) I showed up to pick up my phone and was met with more problems (don't ask). Fran was determined to send me home with a phone and after about five hours of the most patient perseverance, I went home with an upgraded iPhone 16 Pro. Fran is an example of what customer service should look like and is an asset to T-Moblie.”
