“The gentleman by the name Dayan was very helpful. He immediately assisted me with connecting my watch to cellular service since I’ve been having issues with it. Very professional and helpful. Please go and see him for any Verizon needs!”

“I had a wonderful experience at this location, not despite of problems I encountered, but because of the problems. On the first visit, Fran and Tyler worked for more than an hour to troubleshoot the problems I was having with my iPhone 15. When they could not resolve the problem, they managed to order a new phone for under $25. After two weeks of doing without my phone (thank goodness I own a MacBook Pro and I could make due through text, email and FaceTime) I showed up to pick up my phone and was met with more problems (don't ask). Fran was determined to send me home with a phone and after about five hours of the most patient perseverance, I went home with an upgraded iPhone 16 Pro. Fran is an example of what customer service should look like and is an asset to T-Moblie.”

“From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed. I had a ton of questions and a rather complex issue, but Esme handled everything with absolute grace and expertise. She didn't just give me generic answers she took the time to explain my options & offered me a very good offer on a brand new device with a new number and made sure I felt completely confident before moving forward & helping me transfer all info to another phone the service is excellent It is so rare to find this level of care and dedication nowadays. Esmeralda is a absolute gem and an asset to the team!”
