“I love taking my car to Boniface in Cocoa for my oil changes. I am one of those who needs oil changes often due to how much I drive. My schedule is crazy and they are always find the time to accommodate me. Ilona McCarthy Is great and makes my experience not only awesome but makes me feel special. The waiting room is clean and has drinks and snacks available. Bathrooms are spotless and that is also important to me,. They have me in and out within an hour and the pricing is great. Try them, you will not be disappointed.”

“I was at Tire Kingdom today anticipating having to buy a new tire for the one that was totally flat. In stead it was flat due to a ruptured valve which they replaced and remounted the tire at no charge! They didn't even charge me for their time and labor involved. I will go there every time I have a tire problem and highly recommend them.”

We are out of state and travel to Florida for the cruise. Our car started overheating before arriving to our hotel and it was Saturday night. Sunday all repair shops were closed and I had no choice, but to leave my car at their shop, hoping they will figure out and fix the problem before we come from the cruise!
This is exactly what happened! The guy stayed in communication with me throughout the week and they were able to fix the problem and have my car ready by the time we come back from the cruise!

Serpentine belt was off in 10 minutes, the new belt arrived 5 minutes later, I was out in 30 minutes, and he even checked & added oil. Always thorough.

“I felt the need to leave a 5 star review based off my expierence with Jimmie Vickers Tires and Auto repair shop! I was doing delivieries and realised I had a flat tire , it was well after 5pm. I pulled up there and even though they were closed they still fixed my tire. They could have easily lied to me and told me that I needed a new tire but they didnt!!!!!!( it wasnt a nail, it was valve stem) They basically saved my life because I live in Melbourne!!!!!! “Dealership treated me well. When I purchased 2 vehicles the same day
(Any dealership would do back flips to sell 2 vehicles at the same time)
BUT. They requested that when Nissan sent me a survey, please bring it in to us, and we will fill it out. (Happy to let them get their back slap from Nissan)
However, when I received a survey around week 2 or 3, I rode to the dealership.
For me, those are about a 35 to 40 mile trips.
I was promised a free oil change on each of my purchases.
After arriving, I was told this wasn't the right survey, and they erased it from my phone.
"Wait a little longer."
I received a second survey at around 2 1/2 months.
I again rode to the dealership, only to be told the first survey was the right one. Not this one.
So because of their incompetence, that survey was gone, and I drive another 80 round trip for NOTHING.
Of course, because we never filled out a survey. No oil change!
Now, I am perfectly able to fill out the survey out on my own. (I'm a masters level trained nurse), but since they asked, I was happy to help out.
Lesson learned. Don't leave things up to knuckle dragging salespeople. Handle things yourself.
(Kinda makes me wonder? Who here is actually the knuckle dragging idiot?

“Last Saturday my car stalled out in the rain ( not my doing), however I was left with the aftermath. After calling my local pepboys and being dismissed, I reached out to this location. Immediately after speaking with Emma, I felt heard and reassured. She informed me that they would be able to look at and service the car no problem. I set up a tow through pep boys for Monday. Sean was a pleasure to work with ( Able towing). In the mist of this I spoke with the store once more since Emma informed she would not be in on Monday, I happened to be speak with the store manger ( Kyle). He was a pleasure to speak with, listened to my concerns, and did not pressure me into any recommended service I wasnt okay with. All in all the car was promised Friday, car actually was done Wenesday. Thank you Jason for taking care of this for me. “I got lucky and found Sammy’s. I own a 2016 corvette and Rich is the only mechanic that does corvette work. I also have a 2021 Ram 1500. The Ram had a very difficult electrical issue and Rich figured it out. Boniface wanted $500.00 to fix it. Rich did it for under $200.00. He also did work on our 2016 Corvette. You won’t find a more Honest guy. Rich is the owner. If one was to spend even 15 minutes in his shop you would see what a meticulous mechanic he is, and Chris is also terrific as are all Rich’s staff. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of any of my vehicles. Not sure what James’s Problem was but Rich is a very busy Guy. So James, i would suggest maybe you need a different place to take your business.”
