The Best Western Cocoa Beach Hotel & Suites offers an overall good experience with a perfect location. It is extremely close to the oceanfront, with excellent walkability to nearby restaurants, shopping, the pier, Ron Jon, and Publix. The hotel spreads over multiple streets and features beach access, two pools, a bar, parking, and the on-site Fish Camp Grill Restaurant. Guests find the hotel extremely clean, with a very clean lobby and rooms that feel like a fresh breath of air and have everything needed. The staff is consistently noted as very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. Many appreciate the comfortable beds and the option of ocean-front rooms with great balconies. Some areas need improvement. The service at the pools may require attention. Notably, some rooms and especially the bathrooms are described as old school, outdated, and in rough condition, with various maintenance issues. Prices can be significantly higher during peak times like holidays. Despite these drawbacks, many guests would stay again and definitely recommend the hotel for its prime location, cleanliness, and friendly service.

Room 128 has a sewer smell, the bathroom vent fan doesn't work, and mold is starting on the ceiling. The outlets to plug phone cords into doesn't work.
