The woman clerk (unfortunately I did not get her name) was very pleasant and helpful, not only to our party of 3 persons, but to 2 other customers. At our request, she cut a submarine sandwich we bought into thirds so we could share it. She also pointed out to us a special deal they had with a bag of chips and a Big Gulp drink.”

“The Walgreens in Cocoa Beach has everything you may have forgotten to bring with you to the beach. There's beach towels, sandals, touristy tee shirts, a plethora of sunscreen and so much more. Of course, this is a pharmacy so you can pick up your prescription here. They of course have all the usual things one may find at a Walgreens, such as shampoo, cosmetics, and over the counter medicine. I've noticed the prices are a bit higher than at my local Walgreens.One interesting thing they sell here, that I've never seen at a pharmacy is beer. They sell 24 packs of beer, why make multiple stops, when you can only make one?Given that back to school season is quickly approaching, you can also find all sorts of back to school essentials at this Walgreens.Conveniently, they also have restrooms for customers.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
