“My pup, Sophie, luvs this place. Usually she shies away from strangers, but, she took rite to Becky, Dennis & Donnie. A happy lil camper when she gets home & she’s good & tired… a big help!👍

I only wish they were open on Sundays, so I cld take a short trip …..every once in a GREAT WHILE.

P.S. It scares me when I read bad reviews,…especially becuz Sophie DOES pick up stuff off the ground sometimes, as she’s very curious… except if I tell her to “Leave it!”.
I just hope & pray she’s watched well & is caught & stopped IF or WHEN she picks up anything she shld NOT have.

I feel she’s in good caring hands, or, I wld not leave her there. 👍🫶❣”

“I have been going to five below for quite some time but I stopped in the Merritt island store on north Courtney pkwy to do some extreme last minute shopping like I actually just forgot gifts by accident and this five below employee named kayla I don’t know her last name? was working there she had told me that her home store was a different location and that she had just moved/transferred to this location and I just wanted to take time to give 5 stars to her customers service for her time she went way above and beyond what is expected from customer service… and its customer service like that that is missing in 2025 and I just want too take 5 minutes and return the favor I definitely wouldn’t take the time to write a bad review for bad customer service I am a small business owner myself and because I understand how hard it is to retain good employees that are willing to go above and beyond what is required is almost unheard of!!!!”

“This place has a great selection, and the people are very helpful, a woman was stocking the shelves, when I was looking for harnesses and leashes for my rescue husky, and she stopped everything to help me. I didn't get her name, but I want to give her a shout out Anyhow.”
