Derrick, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me with Adobe InDesign, ensuring my document had the correct bleeds for printing. His professional advice was invaluable, and the end product exceeded my expectations.I had previously approached Jet Press Printing, where I encountered less than satisfactory customer service. They were not only less helpful but also quoted me $80 for 10 booklets when I only needed three. They wormy print less than 10 booklets. Moreover, they estimated a 3 to 4-day wait before the job could be picked up, which was inconvenient, to say the least. “I placed my order online and not even a hour later the order was ready. I really love the ease of placing orders. It said it wouldn't be ready until the next day but after calling the manager reassured me that it wouldn't take that long. There was a mix up with hours online and I arrived after their closing time. When I explained this to the manager the next day she took the time to explain it to me. She was so friendly and really cared about excellent customer service. I will be sure to do more work orders for my flyers here in the future.”

Last time I went in for a return, I had a problem with my packaging and without missing a beat Kami fixed it for me, she is awesome!”
