“Josiah (owner) understands top-notch customer service. I had accidentally packed up an item I shouldn’t have, dropped my package off around 1:30pm and called at 5:40pm. The truck was being loaded and he got on it to find and remove it for me! I was able to retrieve the item and still get the package out. I am very thankful for his quick action and help. The store even offers custom 3D prints (with bulk discounts) that is unique to this UPS store. Thanks everyone!”

Even sometimes if I need a piece of paper printed out they'll just do it for me for free when I'm already spending 10 or $15 for a box so that's much appreciated. As a matter of fact that's about the only negative thing I can think of to say is that the boxes are pretty expensive to have to buy to ship something out like a pair of shoes. “The store is open every day of the week with decent hours. The only thing missing is a dedicated parking spot for this store. Some of the food stores in the strip mall have a parking spot for their business. This would make the location a 10/10. Please consider it for quick drop off of larger packages.”
