“Let’s be real, the unit is fine. There is an elevator to get to the second floor which is wonderful to help us move large stuff to our unit. There is also a set of stairs around the corner for faster access. It’s in a AC controlled environment, so that our belongings don’t get all moldy. Sign up was a breeze, their app is easy to use, and the auto pay feature is great. The frustrating thing is that within a year, my bill will have increased from $55, to $85, to $115. There has been no upgrades, I haven’t moved to a bigger unit, I haven’t been late on any of my payments. So why?! “It’s because you are in a month to month basis, with no contract”. That’s crazy… seems like a way to cheat the system and take advantage of people. I’m sure most storage places are like that these days, I’m in search of another.
