South Beach Inn is a dated but clean motel with great old Florida charm and a cozy, retro vibe. Its location is stunning, right on a quiet stretch of Cocoa Beach with direct and fantastic access to the sand and waves, just minutes from the rooms. The property itself is quiet, peaceful, and adorable, featuring excellent outside facilities like a viewing deck for rocket launches, a tiki hut, and a covered dining area. Rooms are old school and on the small side but perfectly adequate, very clean, and often come with a full kitchen. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. It is a pet-friendly motel with a pet-friendly beach, making it a perfect getaway. Guests appreciate the good price, the available beach accessories, and the fantastic area restaurants, with many choosing to extend their stay and definitely return.
Very nice place to stay. Cleaner then most high dollars rooms.

Like others say, the motel is dated but has great Florida charm to it.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Beach access was super awesome, and was less than 5 minutes of walking from the rooms to the waves.
Would definitely stay here again!

Retro dated but clean with that old Florida vibe. Great location, right on beach. They had a platform where we watched the space launch. Had a great stay. Good price.
