“We had the BEST post cruise experience here. We got off our ship and walked over to their shuttle bus- which was right next to the drop-off area, and got in. We rode for about 3 minutes to the rental building. Walking inside the cool, comfortable building on a hot day, we were pleased to find loads of staff ready to help. Within 15 minutes of getting off the Royal Caribbean ship, we were driving away in our rental car. AMAZING!!! A few weeks earlier, my brother had a VERY different post cruise experience with a different rental car company. They waited so long that they felt it ruined their post cruise buzz. He did not choose wisely.”
“I had to rent a car to go see my son in Alabama. I didn't want to add the miles wear and tear to my car. Plus in a thousand mile my car is due for a oil change. The Suv i got was great, good gas mileage, and handled the road amazingly. Now i want to buy the same car. The customer service was amazing I dealt with one person the branch manager Rod Segovia. He was so kind and professional at drop off and pick up. I highly recommend this place 12 out of 10! Thank you Rod for all your help.”
“We had a great experience with Alamo after our cruise. Great customer service! It was busy when we picked up our car but the staff was pleasant and informative. The manager came out to apologize for the wait and was quite helpful. Rental agent was so nice and got us our SUV as quick as he could. The SUV was so clean and nice! The shuttle drivers were super great and helpful! I would definitely use this Alamo again and would recommend as well. Thank you Alamo Cape Canaveral!”
“I just wanted to leave a quick review as we had an AMAZING experience at this Avis.... they were BUSY on Saturday after we disembarked from our cruise and everyone in the office was so welcoming and when they didn't have a vehicle to accommodate our reservation they gave us a great deal to make switching to 2 vehicles make sense for us!!
Then on top of all of that my daughter must have left her wallet in the shuttle van and they shipped it home for us today!!
Above and beyond when they definitely didn't have to!! Will for sure be our go to for all future rentals!”
