“I came here for a Rx to be filled from my vet after an unsatisfactory experience at another pharmacy and he took me immediately and said he’d get it filled in 30 minutes to an hour. I grabbed a few things for my kids to have lunch and then checked out of the register and got a text that my Rx was ready. It was sooo much faster than where I used to go and I was able to get some lunch too. I’m pleased with my first pharmacy experience and will be back 👏👏👏”

“My experiences with CVS and Walgreens over the years have deteriorated so drastically that I decided to try my luck with a local pharmacy and boy howdy was it the best decision I've ever made. The family and employees here are awesome. They get stuff done and treat you right. Never again, chain pharmacies.”

“I'll save you the time: this location has been great. I've never had a problem with anyone here and I've been served by many different folks since moving into the area six months ago. DETAILS I see old reviews here. Unfortunately, all too often people only submit reviews when they have something to complain about. Not me. As someone who travels frequently I have interacted with at least a dozen different CVS pharmacies over the last five years in different cities and states. I've had consistently good service at all of them. As for the specific location in Cocoa, I've been going here since May, 2021 and have received excellent service over the phone, in the drive-through lane, and inside at the pharmacy itself. Oh, and I received my COVID booster from here as well just last week. I have never had a problem with this location despite their having to also deal with my consolidating Rx orders from other CVS locations where I'd previously had my meds filled in other cities. They are aces!”

“Bought my glasses here. I have vision insurance which they do not accept but I have the Sam's Plus membership. They told me to get my eyes tested with my insurance and price glasses at the eye doctor. I did that and then took the quote and my prescription to Sam's. They don't have as large a selection of frames but I found several that I liked. When they figured out the cost, I was able to get a new pair of glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses for less than I would have paid for just the glasses using my insurance at the eye doctor. I have had them for 2 years with no complaints. I just repeated the whole process again and have ordered new glasses and sunglasses at Sam's. They should be here in 2 weeks.”

“On vacation in FL, and a tire went flat. We got it repaired at an Orlando Sam's, but it still leaked, needed a replacement, but wasn't in stock. We drove on it to Melbourne for an appointment that morning. On our drive back to Orlando we stopped at the Cocoa Sam's. They had the tire in stock, got us in immediately, and replaced the tire for the warranty price. The Sam's employees at both locations were Rock Stars for us. Thank you.”

“I am very happy with this pharmacy, however, I think it's a policy of CVS, not this store only, to push and push refills. I do think the website to order, check and archive could be a tad better but it's usable. My scripts are filled very quickly.”

“This is my ‘home’ Walgreens. Always a pleasant time when having to pick up prescriptions every month. They have been very accommodating as I always ask for a certain brand. Great customer service. You can tell management is doing a good job at this store.”

“There was a time when I did not like this CVS...mostly it was the surly attitude of workers who could be downright insulting, but something changed and I have high praise for the clerks in the store and the workers in the pharmacy who are always helpful in meaningful ways. I belong to the rewards program and boy, it really pays off!!!”
