They told me to get my eyes tested with my insurance and price glasses at the eye doctor. I did that and then took the quote and my prescription to Sam's. They don't have as large a selection of frames but I found several that I liked. When they figured out the cost, I was able to get a new pair of glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses for less than I would have paid for just the glasses using my insurance at the eye doctor. I have had them for 2 years with no complaints. I just repeated the whole process again and have ordered new glasses and sunglasses at Sam's. They should be here in 2 weeks.”

“***UPDATE**** 9/4/23 - I purchased a pre-made food from Sam's club, their Mediterranean salad. The first salad I ate was fine. The second had a large piece of plastic in it, of which I called sams and spoke with a manager/supervisor (this was the next day after purchasing the salad) and let them know what was found in the salad, provided the date i purchased and date on sticker, thinking they would go and check the salads that were out and remove them so nobody else would possibly run into that issue and cause a bigger issue. The supervisor dismissed me, informing her of the issue. A couple of days later I ate the 3rd salad and found another large piece of plastic in this bowl as well, I didn't call because I felt I would be dismissed again and I didn't even attempt to eat the 4th one I bought because I didn't want to find another piece of plastic in my food. That was definitely 2 of the 4 bowls of salad I purchased. When a customer calls for a legitimate issue/complaint, don't dismiss them. You never know who is calling. Take care of the problem because that problem can become a much bigger issue.I went to this sams club on a whim, I have been to many, and I have to say this club was clean and orderly employees were very friendly and helpful. Great job, keep it up!”

“I'll save you the time: this location has been great. I've never had a problem with anyone here and I've been served by many different folks since moving into the area six months ago. DETAILS I see old reviews here. Unfortunately, all too often people only submit reviews when they have something to complain about. Not me. As someone who travels frequently I have interacted with at least a dozen different CVS pharmacies over the last five years in different cities and states. I've had consistently good service at all of them. As for the specific location in Cocoa, I've been going here since May, 2021 and have received excellent service over the phone, in the drive-through lane, and inside at the pharmacy itself. Oh, and I received my COVID booster from here as well just last week. I have never had a problem with this location despite their having to also deal with my consolidating Rx orders from other CVS locations where I'd previously had my meds filled in other cities. They are aces!”

“Can I just say that the front of store workers have EXTREME levels of grace and patience. Some rude couponing Karen Couple ganged up on the cashier and was yelling at / berating her because of 1-per-day coupons they were trying to abuse. Even after being apologized to and told when they could speak to the manager they just kept being rude. The line of customers got fed up and told them to be polite with the cashier and they turned around and wanted to start a fight about it. They were asked to leave. Couponers like to review-bomb when they don't get their way, so I am setting the record straight. The same people who like to whinge about nobody wanting to work service jobs anymore are the ones who make it a living hell for the genuinely kind people who work them. I will be extremely disappointed if the front store workers get any flak for this, they deserve a raise. If you're that desperate to save 11 cents, fill out an application to work at the store so you can earn that money AND learn some empathy.”
