“The front desk lady I didn't get her name but she was so sweet. She even asked about my experience on the medications I'm taking with no judgement at all. I am a new patient here and I will forever continue to go here simply because of the kindness and customer service.”

“I have never had an experience with a pharmacy like Rockledge FHCP. I'm only in to pick up prescriptions once or twice a month, but when I call, they know my voice and ask how I am. There have been a couple of times I needed an early refill of maintenance medication that they have accommodated without hesitation, where a retail pharmacy would make you jump through hoops. And everything is usually filled in 10-15 minutes! The staff here gives you personal attention and genuinely cares about you. I'm nervous about switching insurance because I'd lose them. Hands down, the best pharmacy I (or you) could ever find.”

“I’ve been going to Port St John Discount Pharmacy for all my sons, grandson and myself medicine for years now. Raj and his staff are super nice and friendly, they are fast to fill your medicine and if they don’t have it in stock they order it for you and it arrives quickly. They also offer delivery too! Highly recommend!”

“If it weren’t for the manager Liz who was compassionate and managed to get me sorted within 5 mins this review would have wound up with a vastly different rating.I’m not one to pretend I understand the complexities of somebody else’s job. I’m sure being in a pharmacy, where you’re likely short staffed, and always slammed isn’t easy. That being said, choosing a job where you are directly involved with people who are likely seeing you due to illness or injury, you should probably have the ability to handle moments like that. This is already longer than I intended to write, but I’m still that worked up about it. Some brief background, chest pain that sprung up, did the typical thing of avoiding it until it didn’t get better after over a week. Primary just quit on me so I wound up at an ER because I work evenings and have no sick time. I was in the ER from 11:30 pm - around 6:00 am. Had to be up at 11, dropped off my meds praying to feeling better and start LITERALLY breathing easy.I was told it’d be an hour. The text notifications only work half the time, so I logged in and see only one prescription is filled after three hours. I call the pharmacy who sends me to the hospital because it’s missing a milligram dosage on the script. I call the hospital who sends me back to the pharmacy. This is when I had the joy of speaking with a pharmacy tech I’ll avoid from mentioning by name. She quickly began yelling at me that I was yelling at her. When in reality all I’d done was give her a quick run down of what had happened and asked somewhat desperately if anybody could help me. Did I sound frustrated? I’m sure. I’m sick. It literally hurt to take every breath and I’m being tossed like a hot potato from hospital to pharmacy. Does this woman decide to be a decent human and remember that she has no idea what somebody’s day has been like and maybe understand that while I’m not lavishing her with compliments I’m not yelling at her? No, she instead continues to yell telling me repeatedly she already told me she’d handle it. After telling her that at no point had any voices been raised and I just wanted her help I asked for a manager. And immediately broke down in tears. Liz answered and within FIVE minutes spoke to the hospital and filled my prescription. Why the insanely long review? Because, it’s true no matter what, but it is ESPECIALLY true in any healthcare setting. You do not know what a day in somebody’s life looks like. I hope that the pharmacy tech was having just that, a bad day. But, it seems like from recent reviews that may not be the case.If you read this, and it’s not by some off chance just the big wigs, I beg you to reconsider how you talk to those you encounter at your job and hopefully those in your personal life as well.”

“Well, it began kind of off because they sent my meds to the wrong CVS, but that's in no way their fault. I came got my meds and I was on my way they got me in and out right away which I love. They also sent me a text telling me about the side effects of my medication I couldn't be happier, great job, keep doing what you do!?✌?”

“Started a new medication and the pharmacy called to see how I was doing. Much appreciated. I switched from another CVS to this one due to poor service and my family and I are glad we did.”

“Been going here over 2 and a half years since I got sick and got out of the hospital..the staff is great..the people trashing the staff are probably the same nasty impatient people who are rude to cashiers and fast food workers I can't stand waiting behind people like that”

“RICHARD in the pharmacy is the most patient and kind pharmacist I have ever dealt with. I’ve seen how busy they are when I am in store, but every time I call in, he takes the time to assist and explain in layman’s terms. THANK YOU, RICHARD!”

“*This is a review for the store...Not the pharmacy department :) * I don't use the pharmacy. This store is close to my house so I go at least once a week! They have nearly everything you could need if you realize your out, or if it is near a holiday. The cashiers that work the register are always friendly and helpful - and I am sure they get their share of difficult customers! See you next week!”

“I’ve been using this Walgreens for 15 plus years. The staff and pharmacy staff have been nothing but kind and professional. During this pandemic it was expected that at times they would be short staffed. I’ve been present to see people be plain out rude to the pharmacy staff for wait times and mistakes. Personally, I see that repulsive. These people have been working so hard during a pandemic to make sure you are all taken care of. How about some kindness and appreciation. It goes along way.”
