Customers should not expect to have their stuff properly packaged for free! If you can't do it right, or can't be bothered to look up how, then you should expect to pay something to have them do it for you.”
“Initially had a hack on my computer and once Altec cleaned it out, I decided to use their cyber security. Recently had connection issue and rather than have me bring pc to him, Wyatt walked me through a couple options until he was able to get my computer to reestablish connection. Appreciate their help and professionalism! Now that internet hacking and attacks are so prevalent, I'm thrilled to have found a company to protect my online footprint. Thank you, Altec!”

Even sometimes if I need a piece of paper printed out they'll just do it for me for free when I'm already spending 10 or $15 for a box so that's much appreciated. As a matter of fact that's about the only negative thing I can think of to say is that the boxes are pretty expensive to have to buy to ship something out like a pair of shoes. Thank you FedEx Merritt Island. Happy with your services and will continue to be a future customer at the Merritt Island location.”
“So I have been buying my office / gaming chairs here since about 2017. They do not carry leather from animals anymore so expect the chairs to start peeling at about 2 years. That said they sell a warranty that replaces the chair when it starts peeling for about 100 bucks. Your mileage may vary. I've bought a couple keyboards and mice there. Friendly staff and open decent hours.”
