Customer service is not any good here. The cashiers complain about ringing up grocery orders. Twice in a row and two different cashiers.

Can I just say that the front of store workers have EXTREME levels of grace and patience. Some rude couponing Karen Couple ganged up on the cashier and was yelling at / berating her because of 1-per-day coupons they were trying to abuse. Even after being apologized to and told when they could speak to the manager they just kept being rude. The line of customers got fed up and told them to be polite with the cashier and they turned around and wanted to start a fight about it. They were asked to leave. Couponers like to review-bomb when they don't get their way, so I am setting the record straight. The same people who like to whinge about nobody wanting to work service jobs anymore are the ones who make it a living hell for the genuinely kind people who work them. I will be extremely disappointed if the front store workers get any flak for this, they deserve a raise. If you're that desperate to save 11 cents, fill out an application to work at the store so you can earn that money AND learn some empathy.

This review pertains only to the PHARMACY, not the rest of the store. I have have repeatedly had terrible, slow and rude service here from both the drive-thru, pharmacy window inside and just now on the phone trying to save some of the aggravation when I get there to pick up my prescriptions. One time I even came inside from the drive-thru because the service was so bad and I asked to speak to a manager... she was the worst, very rude and condescending! I do not appreciate being treated like I am beneath someone ever much less when I am going to pick up medication that I HAVE to take daily.DO BETTER WALGREENS PHARMACY!

JUST left this location. Shift Lead was INCREDIBLY rude. I always have a great experience with the employees here. She is newer "" because I didn't recognize her- I asked for help in photo. She said she couldn't find my order, and it didn't exist or was picked up. I gave phone # and order number. I said it was shipped to store. She looked again and said NO. Then all of the sudden miraculously found it and proceeded to tell me I'd I had given her accurate information she would of found it earlier! Wow. How is my phone # and order # not enough. Do better walgreens.... and make ANY of the other employees the shift lead, because they are always kind and courteous.

The time is 9:42 in the doors are locked they do not close until 10 p.m. do not wag recommend just Walgreens as the show's lazy employees and they do not respect store hours

Had to get labwork done. I got there at 0700 for a 0730 appointment. The store clearly states that it opens at 7 am. No one was there to open the store. Even a clerk working at the store was ouside with us. No one knew when someone would be there to open the store. Finally someone showed up at 0810 hrs. C'mon Walgreens for a major chain cant yo do better?

Went here as it was the only location I could select for a COVID booster. The Pharmacy staff were very pleasant and efficient but the store is located in a VERY dangerous , low income area and I will never be back only for that reason . Drug addicts everywhere , there was a homeless person passed out IN the photo kiosk when we arrived . A lot of very questionable people loitering in the parking lot in groups made me feel uncomfortable . My wife who is a diabetic and disabled saw used syringes in the bushes outside. Needless to say , we got out of there as fast as we could. Next time I will research the area before I schedule an appointment.

If I could do less than one I would. I personally don't use them but two people that I help out has and does. They NEVER have all prescriptions ready. I always have to make two trips. So this time I decided to call first and I spent two HOURS on hold. They don't want to answer the phones. Spent 1 hour and 20 minutes on hold for two callers ahead of me. This has been an absolutely indescribable tragedy. Apparently customer support doesn't exist at this location

I don’t think they could more rude or lazy. Trying to get a covid shot with an appointment and stood there for 25 minutes before being acknowledged and then it was like I was bothering them. What was point of having an appointment.

This Walgreens is the worst! First they are very dirty the bathrooms have slippery floors and they rarely clean the parking lot. There is broken glass and all sorts of trash outside.
