“It’s amazing how far prompt responses and honesty gets you. I emailed them about an issue I was having. They replied quickly with a response that had a plan so I knew I wasn’t going to be spending a bunch of money on an old roomba. I brought it in this morning and later today they advised not to move forward as it seemed to be a massive issue. Most repair type places will try to sell you or convince you to spend money, but these kind people made a recommendation that didn’t make them any money today but I will surely be back to them and tell others. Purchased a built in microwave, they came to install it and my cabinet was not a standard size. The installer (Mark W.) did not give up on me. “Came into the store to look for a connector cable and the section where the cables were located was easy to spot. They had many different options of connectors, so I had to be very careful figuring out the exact item I needed. Sometimes I feel there's so many choices now for everything, it makes it so confusing to go shopping. Same with something like TV sets....there are hundreds of brands, sizes and options....for just watching TV.... That's the way our world is now....Choices, Choices, Choices...LOL....”

“Went into my favorite neighborhood Home Depot to purchase paper towel bundles on sale for $19.98. These are the "special" kind that you can tear each large towel into three separate pieces so you dont waste paper. Anyways, its cheaper than Walmart for some items in bulk. They alwats have great deals on bbq grills and power tools that usually pull me away from the one item I came in to find and purchase. The check out kid was very friendly and professional. The Sawgrass Mills Mall has every possible thing to buy, eat or play within one square mile. In addition, the City of Sunrise supplies this small area with four totally FREE new Tesla SUVs under an App called FREEBEES to pick you up and drop you off morning until night. So shop til you drop or something like that.”

Right from when we walked in we found just what we were looking for, at reasonable prices. “Had a problem with an old Moen Valve. Someone helped me buy the tool to properly replace it. Part of the valve was stuck inside the shaft. Could not have fixed the problem without the tool they had and the correct valve. There was a regular customer who was like an angel sent from heaven who verbally walked me thru the job. Perfection. It was surprisingly cheap at originally $149 it went down to $90 with Black Friday Deals and got $60 off my purchase. Then they even helped me load it into my truck.
