“We’ve been shopping at Home Depot for over 30 years and have never been disappointed by the customer service we’ve received. This week, we visited the Home Depot in Coconut Creek, and we were especially impressed by the exceptional help and service we received. I’m especially grateful to Clara, Cuz, Steve from Pro, and Dave from Appliances for going above and beyond to help us. Their patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist truly made a difference. It’s employees like these who make us want to continue coming back year after year. Thank you all for your outstanding service and for making our experience such a positive one!”

When I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly lady and had a nice employee assist with self checkout. Thank you!”

“It’s amazing how far prompt responses and honesty gets you. I emailed them about an issue I was having. They replied quickly with a response that had a plan so I knew I wasn’t going to be spending a bunch of money on an old roomba. I brought it in this morning and later today they advised not to move forward as it seemed to be a massive issue. Most repair type places will try to sell you or convince you to spend money, but these kind people made a recommendation that didn’t make them any money today but I will surely be back to them and tell others. Thank you for the great communication.”

“I purchased the full suite of high-end kitchen appliances for a new home here and I would return back to this provider if I needed to. Highly recommended, even if you love Sub-Zero or other high end brands, you still want to work with a provider who can give you the best-in-class in each appliances category rather than going to the Sub-Zero showroom and getting locked into some bundles that are not best-in-class. Plus, I don’t think I spent more here than what I would spend elsewhere, so prices and service are also competitive.”

“For the past year a had visited this store and have always gotten a warm welcome from Ms. Ebony. Every time I come in still looking for that something special sofa that speaks to me. On this past Tuesday evening, I decided to drop by the store and low and behold there it was that special sofa that I had been looking for. Ms. Ebony saw me and said were did you come from. I told her that I saw her helping other customers so , I just helped myself. I’ve found what I wanted I started to her and she followed me to the floor and I said come write me up now before I change my mind and she laughed. So she typed up my invoice and I paid she gave me instructions about my delivery. So I purchased a sofa and a rug and it’s very beautiful it’s a birthday gift to myself. I want to thank ms. Ebony for all of her patience & kindness. May God continue to bless you. Sincerely, Ms. Sharon young”

“Have bought a washer and dryer from them. Purchased months apart, and I’m very happy. Both appliances are old and look new. They work beautifully. Just my opinion, but I think the older models work much better. Owner and his wife are wonderful honest people.”

“I needed some repair pieces to my Kohler toilet and had been to Home Depot with no luck because it was not a brand they carried so I went to Ferguson in Sunrise/Tamarac to see if they carried the replacement parts. I had taken some pictures of the back of my toilet because I knew I couldn't determine what the part numbers were. I had Wintavius special order one part and he was very nice. He looked at the photos and then looked up the part on his computer. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Quick and easy. I then figured out that I needed one more part so I returned to have Ricardo help me in pretty much the same way except this part didn't need to be ordered. He looked it up and then went to the area of the warehouse and pulled the item for me. Once again, the whole process took less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Ferguson for your unique plumbing needs. Thanks again.”

“I am a local Building Contractor specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. I purchase my plumbing fixtures online and occasionally have an issue with a backordered or damaged item. Javier Pagan has gone out of his way many times to get answers I could not get through contacting customer service and he has helped me countless times with credits and replacement goods. His demeanor is always pleasant, he works expeditiously, and is truly an asset to the Ferguson Tamarac organization. Good service can be hard to find, but not when you're dealing with Javier at the Ferguson Tamarac counter.”

“I was at this home depot and 2 different floor helpers couldn't help me for an item. So this man named Jay in design helped me with something that wasn't even his department. I said that's ok another time. He said no let's look up the item in the computer. Not only did he find it he walked me to the right place. Thank you very much”
