“I was getting ready to build a table for my garage, so I stopped by this tool shop to pick up a few things I was missing. They had everything I needed in one place, including a circular saw, pocket hole jig, clamps, wood glue, a speed square, drill bits, screws, and some sanding supplies. It saved me a lot of time compared to running around to different stores.
One of the employees noticed I was looking at a couple of different saw blades and asked what kind of project I was working on. After I told him I was building a table, he recommended a blade that would give me cleaner cuts and pointed me toward a few other supplies that ended up being really useful.
The store was well organized, prices were reasonable, and the staff actually knew what they were talking about. My project turned out great, and I know I'll be back here before I start the next one.”

On my latest orders they provided free factory parts manuals that really helped simplify identifying the correct parts which are also great resources to have during repairs. I decided to start a pressure washing business in Florida and looked for a place for chemicals and equipment repair. I stopped in and spoke with Luc, who was very helpful and patient with his time in explaining everything I previously forgot. He gave me the impression of being a straight shooter and I have since used his services happily.”
“I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem.The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.”

“Came in and rented a carpet cleaner. Owner was nice and helpful. After I left, the owners son called and advised that a part was missing. He drove the part to where I was having dinner, but my phone died and the poor guy had to wait ten minutes until he found me. Customer service is above and beyond here. Equipment worked perfectly without any issues. Nice family owned business who take care of their customers.”
