The branch manager, Vashti, was knowledgeable, kind and really went above and beyond to help me in regards to closing out an account for my fathers estate. I rarely leave reviews but her kindness, patience and customer service was really appreciated.

Great staff, always friendly and very helpful. Branch manager Susan is just fantastic ! Forget the negative reviews, this is one of the best banks in the area overall.
