“Best location in Broward! Anthony went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service (even expedited a replacement ATM card for me). My family and I were in and out within 10 minutes even with us having to make multiple transactions for different accounts. Also a big thank you to Cam for being so kind to my kids and making their trip to the bank that much more meaningful. The service today reminded us of the good old days where the tellers knew you by name and treated like a valued customer, rather than just a number. Highly recommend!”

“Im giving a 5 star rating only because of the customer service. Ashley is amazing, and she was not only patient with me, but with my daughter. Several staff members engaged with her, waved and said hi, i have never once been able to keep my 2 year old happy for so long. Unfortunely, i dont remember the names of the staff that checked me in, and the staff who came to say high to my kiddo. But they were all amazing
As for the bank itself, dont open an account online, its been a mess trying to access my money. Ive opened 2 accounts at this point, im waiting 10 business days for a check, for an account they closed without ever notifying me. They only send things like passcodes, account refunds, etc by mail and 4-6 business days seems to translate to roughly 3 weeks. If i could do it over, i would have opened it in person where they could verify multiple forms of ID for me, instead of vague, internet gathered security questions”

“I had to open an account with and for my disabled brother. I had an appointment with Vashti Jacobson at the Truist in Margate at the Palm Lakes Branch. She was amazing! My brother is difficult since he also has a mental disability and Vashti was fast and efficient, patient, kind and understanding. She went above and beyond in customer service.
