I was looking for a book which they did not have in stock but I was quickly offered to look it up and hold it in a nearby store (which I ended up buying there of course). Helpful staff and an amazing array of books, music and toys make it always a worthwhile visit!”

“As always, this Barnes & Noble was spotless. The shopers and the browsers were polite and very intent on reviewing the book sections that interested them. What I didn't like was the absence of their trademark service of providing numerous side chairs placed in the nooks and crannies of the book shelves areas. No comfy sofa or ottoman pieces where customers could review books before they purchased them. It could be due to a high school across the street ( Boca Raton H. S.) or because it's a recent decision by the corporate office. I just don't like this. It's changed the atmosphere of the book store.”
“Great owner. Know how to perfectly keep stock and organize the shop in a manner that makes it easy to find what you need when you want it. Is incredibly diligent and organized staff always aware of upcoming products and know who has what on there special order sheet. Last time I came in the staff not only instantly recognized me but answered questions I would've had about my custom orders before I even thought to ask them. They also know exactly what pieces I needed left in my army, and told me they had it and offered some of the later stuff I needed, since it was there. They also remembered that my brother in law likes pokemon, when I entered just off of a passing conversation. They make your request feel heard, and keep track of each client as if they where a friend, wonderful shopping experience.”

“This book store has some beautiful and personal items, best gifts ideas. Their book selection is amazing, they even have a gift card section. They have a section for infants to adults, male and female, items for your kitchen as well, if not your kitchen someone else kitchen. You dont have to be a member but you most differently must be a shopper. Happy Reading”

“I cannot brag enough on how amazing my wedding was. Nancy from the beginning was so easy to work with, very organized and accommodating. She truly made sure I was happy throughout the entire process. The Main Chapel, Small Chapel and outside ceremony area was already beautiful and barely needed any additional decorations. The fact that the church was welcoming to outside religions was a rare find and we are truly blessed to have found them. We made a beautiful wedding in 2 months time and I couldn't be happier with our choice. Thank you so much Nancy!”

“Excelent staff! Excelat The Cosmetology Department. They wasted my time asking for papers I didn’t needed for the course until I lost my place for the course. They never pick up the phone. They don’t care about the students. I don’t see why PBSC is working with such people while doesn’t serve the reputation of the college! Shame!”
