“We stayed at Casa Hermes for 4 days after a cruise. Prior to our arrival Ricardo had given us the option of an early check in as we would disembark the ship at 9 am. This meant we could go straight from the ship to the hotel which was great. At arrival we were welcomed by Giuseppe who also invited us for a home cooked Sicilian lunch. We felt welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. Giuseppe also gave us advice on good restaurants and things to do. Casa Hermes is located just off Wilton Drive so close to all the hustle and bustle the Drive has to offer. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was homecooked and lovely. The premises felt very safe. We met some of the other guests who were very nice and even though it is a small hotel, we still had enough privacy. All in all we had a wonderful stay at Casa Hermes and will definitely book again! Thank you Giuseppe and Ricardo!”

It was so easy to take their transportation (Cadillac SUV) back and forth between the locations - such kind staff! The location was literally a block away from the beach. I walked every day from the hotel to the beach. Be aware the room did not have USB ports so bring your power bricks. Can't till my next stay.. “The Beach Club at the Boca Raton is a hidden gem. It puts any Ritz, Waldorf, or Four Seasons to shame. From walking in to checking out, the staff is cheery and outgoing addressing you by name; property is extremely well maintained and updated; and service itself was excellent (turn down service, cleaning, etc. was all prompt and done impeccably).
I’d never seen any hotel with blackout curtains that included the brackets on the side of the window, so when down it blocks out 100% of light. As someone who enjoys sleeping in a dark room, this was such a nice feature that wasn’t advertised anywhere.
If there was one complaint, it’s that the valet service can be extremely slow - we had to budget 15-20 minutes after requesting our car every time for them to pull it around, but that’s probably due to the property also being a member club.
Will definitely be back.”

Zora Grant working for the hotel, who was in charge of the wedding party also assisted us and stayed with us thru out offering comfort and meeting all of our immediate needs. “I came to this property after having a very bad experience at the other Westin Ft Lauderdale property which required me to book same day on very short notice (I'll put their review on their page to be fair.)
From the time I pulled in the driveway I was greeted warmly. When I approached the check-in desk, Kathy too great care of me, acknowledged my membership status and thanked me for coming, she gave me options on my room, and offered me a refreshing drink as I went on my way.
The room was VERY clean. You could tell the floor had just been mopped, it smelled clean, bedding clean, bathroom spotless, amazing waterfront view.
There is an onsite gift shop that had everything I'd forgotten and I was able to make my evening meetings with good wifi connections.
The silver lining around by bad experience at the other property is that I landed here!
Special thanks to Kathy for exceptional service the first time (before ever learning of my bad experience). Thanks to Daniel as well for doubling down on the standard of excellence.

“Just a short 7-minute walk to the beach! Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming once you walked through the door. Our room was a standard-king and it was very clean and comfortable. I will say, that the windows in each room tend to face one another - so our curtains were shut the whole time. Was a bit surprised there wasn't some kind of window tint? The fridge size was a huge bonus, I've never been to a hotel with one that big. It was very helpful when we had dinner leftovers.”
“I mean this place is adorable. The bed was super comfy. Family of 5 stayed here. 2 small queen beds and a pull out bed which wasn’t the best so your smallest person might want that one. The front is hard to find almost looks like an apartment complex but with a little patience we found it. I feel like who ever it was who did this remodel actually cared about their work quality. It is very clean, cute and a convenient walk to the beach. It had ice and a water refill station on the ground floor. We couldn’t find any close and convenient stores within walking distance for drinks so we appreciated the water refill station. The shower was great. Lots of Room for a one bedroom to move around. Several restaurants within walking distance on the beach. I would love to stay here again. I have to say however when we first got here there was an employee in housekeeping attire who was very sweet and nice. Soon after another employee showed up in business clothes. After about 10 hours of exhausting travel my young adult son was leaning against a table while my spouse was doing the self check in. She came up to him and aggressively said, “get off the table”! And walked away. I thought it was quite rude. Not how i would treat a customer of any kind. If it was a male who said that I probably would have reacted back, but since I believe in respecting women I said nothing and only became frustrated and disappointed in customer service. So…. Self check in I’m not a fan which I realize is the wave of the future but when we did have interaction with staff it sucked. So I marked down service on my review.”

My 35th birthday was well spent. They worked during my entire stay and were a fun crew to talk to and so accommodating. I’m a former hospitality professional and could recognize their authenticity! “Amazing hotel but the doors are extremely loud when being closed in the hallway. When a door is closed, the inside of your room has an extremely loud bang. That’s means you’re up at about 8am when it all begins and hear it at night when guests arrive back to their rooms.
Service is amazing! Really friendly staff. Expect 20% gratuity added to every bill… yes, that includes buying a cigar. Valet parking is available at about $60 per day.
The pool area is exquisite but for hotel guests and member too; sadly not available if you have friends or family come to visit.
I really wanted to rank this at 5 stars as I like it much better than the Breakers… hope they fix the hallway/room sounds!
Rooms: Room are exceptionally clean but loud because of a flaw in design.
Nearby activities: The hotel is close to downtown Boca Raton, giving you options right outside the gates.
Safety: Extremely safe!
Walkability: The hotel grounds are extremely large and walkable. It’s also a walk to the beach.
Food and drinks: Lots of restaurants on premises”
