“Excellent Service!! We stayed 2 nights before going on a cruise, the hotel receptionists are welcoming especially ROCHELLE, NIXON, and NICHOLA...Any help you need with restaurant suggestions, etc they are amazing!The Breakfast dining is delightful with either inside or on the patio with a tropical plants and a fantastic view of the ocean. NICHOLA was a great waitress and the avocado toast was abundant and tasty!Our room was beautiful, seaside, and the patio view of the blue green ocean was so nice...very hard to leave. BERNICE, our room attendant, was always available and attentive, very fast with requests :)Just across the street are the beach chairs and also great service by the attendant to setup your spot on the sand. Very well planned as you can pick up lunch in the cafe, right across from the beach downstairs, whether it's a pizza, or grilled sandwich and bring it back to your reserved beach spot. We also enjoyed our lunch by the pool, and with the ocean breeze, it was beyond sheer pleasure.The hotel is just a small walk to other great restaurants, and convenient to pharmacy as well as quick pick up to things you might want and need.The hotel staff is top notch and you see everyone, from the reception to cleaning at their best.Thank you Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort!J Watchingout4 U!”

“We can't fully understand the mega reviews. Modernization would be advisable here. The service is super friendly and the location is A1! If there wasn't a huge construction site behind the hotel that no one had pointed out beforehand ?Unfortunately, here too, drinks are completely overpriced”

“I cannot say enough good things about Kimpton Shorebreak! My friends and I stayed here for 3 days. We arrived at 11am and were given early check in. The front desk staff member who checked us in was so friendly and helpful.We spent a lot of time at the rooftop pool and bar throughout our time here. Bartenders and wait staff were so kind , drinks were great (we got massive aperol spritz for $16), and food was fresh and very reasonably priced. We loved the octopus salad and shrimp salad!Our room was clean and big enough for 4 women to share. You pay a $38 resort fee per day per room. Totally worth it for free chairs at the beach, free bike rentals, beach yoga classes, pool access, & free wine at hotel happy hour.Hotel is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops.For the price, this place far exceeded our expectations. 10/10 recommend!”

“Great Hotel located directly adjacent to the beach. A very nice lobby with a tasteful decor. We also really Appreciated there being a Starbucks on the main level with a beautiful patio looking out at the water. The staff all seemed very friendly and helpful. Would visit again just for the beautiful sunsets.”

“This hotel is in a perfect spot. We got here on our second night traveling from VA to FL for a Royal Caribbean cruise. After checking in, we walked across to the beach. I got a strong drink from the Cafe next door. There were toys for beach play in the morning. The room was adorable, and I LOVED the painting which was of the hotel probably about 60 years prior. Definitely get that blue light vibe in the parking area once the sun goes down ?Walkability: Right opposite the beach, with restaurants. Beach strip mall not far.”

“We (my spouse, our two small puppies, and I) just had an amazing stay at the beachfront Premiere Hotel. From Dec 31 2023-Jan 3 2024.From the moment we stepped in, the warm hospitality created a truly memorable experience. The stunning ocean views, well-maintained facilities, bedroom comfort, and cleanliness made our stay exceptional. They have two swimming pools, one of which is heated - perfect for a couple of slightly cold days (it’s winter now). Free water is available in the refrigerator in the lobby. Good breakfast.It’s evident that the family’s dedication to their property reflects in the overall ambiance.If you’re seeking a delightful blend of comfort, charm, and seaside beauty, this family-owned gem is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway! We’re definitely coming back!”

“Date of stay: January 12, 2024 Rooms: 701 + 717 We stayed at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach on our way home from our Disney Cruise and it was really the perfect way to wrap up our vacation and return to the snow and cold of Wisconsin in January. Despite arriving in the morning, they were able to get us into rooms that were on the same floor and even upgraded us. Both rooms were not really the same, but both rooms were fantastic with an extra bathroom and a full kitchen. The kitchen really wasn't used, but I felt fancy just for having it. We didn't get to check out quite as late as we would have liked, but were able to make use of the pool area after checkout to soak up some sun before heading to the airport. All of the staff we encountered were truly fantastic, if I was a lottery winner I would only come stay at places like the Conrad when I traveled!”

“Lam has been such an exceptional guest services agent. When our flight was cancelled due to the nor’easter hitting Boston this afternoon he went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we were able to stay in our room an extra night (even though he did not have to).The outstanding kindness and accommodation of all staff has made a significant impact on our experience and we will absolutely be back!”

“Came to town to catch a InterMiami game. After researching the area decided on the Conrad. Loved our stay. The service here was impeccable (with the exception of the pool bar). Thankful for Arthur. He is the concierge and made our stay a little extra special. The rooms are beautiful and modern- we had a 12th floor partial ocean view and it was perfect. The bed and pillows are comfy and air conditioning is quiet. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. The most wonderful toiletries are provided from Byredo/ Mojave Ghost scent. One note even being high up/12 floor we could still hear street noise if it was on the loud side ex. Gardening blowers, garbage truck, engines revving. This did not bother us but it may bother others. There is a service fee per night of $40. Our favorite amenity included in that fee was beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach. They have bikes too but were weren't able to partake. The nightly Valet parking was $68. Lastly, we are at Takato Restaurant on site and it was very good. I recommend this Conrad and would stay again.”

“Definitely a beautiful spa (on the smaller side), and worth visiting. I was not a huge fan of an automatic gratuity being added on my service. That should be up to my discretion, and not automatically added to the service. That is not a common occurrence amongst the many 5-star hotels and establishments I have visited worldwide and kept this from being a 5-star experience for me.”

“I have to say...I was highly skeptical about this place due to the bad reviews. I even tried to switch hotels, but my package company made it too complicated to do so. I didn't have a choice but to stay. The property was clean and great. Our room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and professional. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. My only complaint is that at one instance, the magnetic card key wasn't working, but the staff worked diligently to solve the issue. Overall, it a good place to stay.”

“Stuck me in a room with a 4 - 5 inch matress with some back killing springs at first but they made it right after I talked to the front desk about it. Unfortunately you have to use Valet which is pricy and the Valet service is slow. It took 30-45 mins to get my car which made me late to work 3 days in a row... they said they were busy delivering packages. I had called ahead of time too.”

“The room is clean and well presented. The location of the hotel was amazing with just a walk away from the beach and restaurants and drinking area. Parking was $10 which is in line to other hotels we stayed throughout our trip so this was perfect for us. The front desk team were really friendly and always with a smile so we felt very welcomed. One small downside which I don’t think is too bothersome is that the water was quite warm and it didn’t get too hot but otherwise it was alright. We also saw an amazing sunset which was an added bonus. Definitely recommend for a stay.Walkability: very close to the beach and restaurants and bars”

“Destination W at Fort Lauderdale South Beach where the impeccable staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home, while being completely polite and accommodating, as if they missed us. Even ensuring that the accessible pet menu had yummies ready to be delivered in the event the short trip south had left Samson & Delilah famished, as if! ????Shortly upon arrival a knock on the door announcing a very Happy Birthday with balloons, a piece of silky-smooth chocolate cake and card thanking us for choosing them. How very thoughtful and special! ? ??The stunning oceanfront room provided all of the things. The natural light was so inviting and had me anticipating that 7:05am sunrise, relaxing sounds of the ocean waves that could rock me to sleep, not to mention the pleasant phenomenon sea breeze over and over refreshing my soul. Beats from the wet deck DJ shimmering on the poolside waters kept sun kissed guests entertained while sipping on tropical cocktails and the aromas of seaside grills preparing succulent resort destination favorites. ?The oversized couch on the balcony provided much comfort while the 4 of us enjoyed the view, the sounds, and the smells. (the Snhnoz was working overtime) The most memorable views were the mesmerizing lollipop sunrises on the horizon both mornings. Simply breathtaking to witness. I highly recommend it if you haven't had the pleasure. ??♥️We took an adventure on the complementary W bikes along the scenic A1A beachfront, what a treat! It’s the quickest way to get from one spot to another, especially this time of year.?‍♂️Mark at the front desk was completely engaged when I checked out, he wanted to know what my favorite part was about Tortuga and I could tell he was genuinely interested. He wanted to know what if anything W could have done better for our stay. I actually began to tear up leaving I was sad to leave. The feeling of being sincerely appreciated was everything!”

“We spent three nights here mid Nov 2023. Great loacation close to Airport. We had exceptional service from Austin, from getting us into our room, answering our many questions and tips on the beach area. He went above and beyond. Another gentlman picked us at the beach, also very knowable and friendly. All other staff were very friendly, although I did not get their names.. I can't wait to book our next trip to this hotel.. highly recommend”

“Booked this room last spring 2017 and it was clean and it had a nice pool area. Also, they took us to the beach and picked us up as well. Also, they transported to the port and airport. Nice facility. Booking again this fall!!”

“What a cute old school Miami-type motel. It's gotten a much needed makeover with the rooms but still maintained its character and ambience. I love this style and and thrilled they kept as much as possible.It's steps away from the beach and numerous restaurants while still being affordable.Rooms: There is nothing fancy here but it's clean, the beds are comfortable, it's roomy and well maintained.”

“It’s the best place to stay on the beach. The hotel staff was amazing. Rafael Manager goes out of his way to make sure your stay is perfect. They have the best tiki bar on the beach. Nice Italian restaurant and spa, gift shop, everything you could want. Even valet parking is a good deal. I’ve been coming here for many years. It’s simply the best deal you can find. Clean rooms and friendly people.”
