“Clean, very reasonable pricing, and fabulous location for all there is to do at Lauderdale Beach! The AC gets good and cold, beds are comfortable, and they make staying at the beach convenient! Can’t beat Snooze for price when combined with amenities and location! We just completed a one week stay and plan to return!”

“We stayed here twice over the past few weeks (before and after a cruise) - it was perfect for our family! Specifically, we had a suite in The Birch House and swam and ate at the main location. It was so easy to take their transportation (Cadillac SUV) back and forth between the locations - such kind staff! The staff, the cleanliness, the food, and the location were just perfect and we’ll definitely be back!!”

“I came to this property after having a very bad experience at the other Westin Ft Lauderdale property which required me to book same day on very short notice (I'll put their review on their page to be fair.)

From the time I pulled in the driveway I was greeted warmly. When I approached the check-in desk, Kathy too great care of me, acknowledged my membership status and thanked me for coming, she gave me options on my room, and offered me a refreshing drink as I went on my way.

The room was VERY clean. You could tell the floor had just been mopped, it smelled clean, bedding clean, bathroom spotless, amazing waterfront view.

There is an onsite gift shop that had everything I'd forgotten and I was able to make my evening meetings with good wifi connections.

The silver lining around by bad experience at the other property is that I landed here!

“Just a short 7-minute walk to the beach! Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming once you walked through the door. Our room was a standard-king and it was very clean and comfortable. I will say, that the windows in each room tend to face one another - so our curtains were shut the whole time. Was a bit surprised there wasn't some kind of window tint? The fridge size was a huge bonus, I've never been to a hotel with one that big. It was very helpful when we had dinner leftovers.”

“Beautiful property. Pleasant staff. Spacious, comfy and convenient suites. Chairs and umbrellas available on the beach across from the property (included in resort fee). You can order food and drinks while on the beach. The stay here was awesome! A great experience and memories. ($200/night hold for incidentals. A little much, but worth the temporary inconvenience.)”

“Kenyans knew I was having a bad day when I walked up ready for my check in (I as requested an early check). She got me upgraded to a room since my regular wasn’t ready and handled everything for me and it’s been a long time since a front desk was that pleasant to me. She made me like I had arrived at the right place and she was going to make my day better than it started”

“Great hotel and awesome location. Amazing service, and the concierge was very proactive and responsive via text. My only issue were the slow elevators. Sometimes it took 15-20 minutes to/from the lobby. Hoping they fix this issue.”

“I mean this place is adorable. The bed was super comfy. Family of 5 stayed here. 2 small queen beds and a pull out bed which wasn’t the best so your smallest person might want that one. The front is hard to find almost looks like an apartment complex but with a little patience we found it. I feel like who ever it was who did this remodel actually cared about their work quality. It is very clean, cute and a convenient walk to the beach. It had ice and a water refill station on the ground floor. We couldn’t find any close and convenient stores within walking distance for drinks so we appreciated the water refill station. The shower was great. Lots of Room for a one bedroom to move around. Several restaurants within walking distance on the beach. I would love to stay here again. I have to say however when we first got here there was an employee in housekeeping attire who was very sweet and nice. Soon after another employee showed up in business clothes. After about 10 hours of exhausting travel my young adult son was leaning against a table while my spouse was doing the self check in. She came up to him and aggressively said, “get off the table”! And walked away. I thought it was quite rude. Not how i would treat a customer of any kind. If it was a male who said that I probably would have reacted back, but since I believe in respecting women I said nothing and only became frustrated and disappointed in customer service. So…. Self check in I’m not a fan which I realize is the wave of the future but when we did have interaction with staff it sucked. So I marked down service on my review.”

“My mother stayed at this hotel before her cruise and it was exceptional! A special shout out to the reception staff Tracey who was amazing and helped me mother connect her phone to her eSIM. The service was truly above and beyond what we expected and she was extremely helpful, patient and kind!”

“Our stay at the Element/Delmar on N. Federal Highway was fantastic from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome throughout our visit.

“This was by far one the best Cambria’s I’ve visited and stayed at recently. The location couldn’t be more perfect, the beach is just a street over. If you’re lucky enough to get a room facing the street you can see the ocean from a distance, simply beautiful! The service was also excellent and I do want to take time and mention Carlos who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He’s truly a gem for this property, always willing to go the extra mile to answer any question, offer assistance and recommendations of fun things to do and places to go and he does it all with a smile. He made the stay extra special and just want to say thank you! You have a rockstar at the front desk :) We will definitely be back very soon! This was an all around amazing experience.”

“Great place to stay, especially if you are taking a cruise. We specifically booked this place because of the free shuttle from the airport to the Inn & suites as well as to the cruise port. The drop off is quick and the morning pick up to go to the cruise port is quick too. Note: the driver announces that a tip to the driver is encouraged before you take your luggage, so be sure to have your cash ready! The check in process to the Inn & suites was smooth and quick. The clerk was friendly and answered my questions politely. The continental breakfast is nice too with enough options. The grounds are well kept and the pool is clean and big. They have a sports bar on site with music and nice food and drink options. The room was clean and well stocked with towels, cups etc. There isn’t much close by so no need to go for a walk as it’s mostly just highway around. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend!!”

“Unsure quite what to expect as I'd previously visited, the former LGBT bar, then a rather dark restaurant.
Hotel room, upgrade unavailable, however I was on the top floor, 10 looking east. Rather too many low rise rooftops to be pretty. I had hoped for the preferred Intracoastal outlook.
Room somewhat spartan in appearance however it functioned well
Free bfast a bit of a disappointment, I understand the need to contain prices however it could have incorporated a degree of variety.
The setting ideal with plenty of waterborne activity.”

“Hotel Stay Experience - The Conrad provides outstanding customer service and meticulous attention to detail. “Always a great stay at this property. There are small things they can work on, like floors in room can be cleaned more thoroughly...or wife down the towel stand in bathrooms...but for the most party great property to stay and its directly across from beach. Parking and destination fees makes the nightly rate much higher, but if you plan ahead, you will e joy the stay.”

“I spent the day at the pool and enjoyed some spa services, and the entire experience was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Yelitza, who took care of me at the pool, was especially wonderful, so sweet, attentive, and great to talk to. I’ll definitely be coming back and would 100% recommend this place.”

“Stayed here on night 3 after the hotel opened. Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff. For cruisers going to Port Everglades, I was told they have a complimentary shuttle to the port. We sailed out on Princess and the access to Terminal 2 was very easy to walk to - only a quarter of a mile walk (~400 meters) from the lobby to dropping off our suitcases at the terminal, going out the back of the hotel property. There are even accessibility ramps to get from the hotel level to the street level, so rolling the suitcases there was no problem! Accessing Terminal 4 for Disney cruises may be just a slightly longer walk. Highly recommend this hotel if you are sailing out from Port Everglades, especially if you’re sailing on Princess or Disney and you want a short walk to the terminal!”

Cory at the front desk is always so nice to us and helps with anything we need, Desiree the housekeeper is the nicest most hard working lady we see her work so hard every time we stay here she the best ask for anything and she makes it happen . “While not fancy, this little hotel won a place in our hearts. It was immaculately clean, the staff went above and beyond, and the location made for the perfect beach vacation. A two minute walk to the beach, and dozens of bars and restaurants within a half mile made for easy walking to anything we wanted to do. The two bedroom apartment was an excellent value and very comfortable for 5 adults to share. If you want an excellent beach vacation on a reasonable budget this place is for you.Walkability: It's close to everything. The beach, restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere.Noteworthy details: They provided complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels.”

“We had a wonderful stay. We did get there and the air was not working due to no batteries in the thermostat but a quick trip to the nearby Walgreens and problem was solved. Walking distance to the ocean, and right off of A1A. Far enough away from hotel row that college spring break didn't affect our stay at all. The beach was quiet and perfect. Condo was clean and even had an outside sitting area where we played cards one night.”

“This is a little far from restaurants and shops, but it's quiet. Better suited for travelers with a car and without children. The rooms are awkwardly laid out with some very tight fits. Many rooms we saw were not handicap accessible and there is no elevator for higher floor rooms. It is really cool that you're surrounded by $200K sailboats and the pool is nice - but for adults, not children.”
