I had a fantastic experience at Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek. My service advisor, Kiara, was truly exceptional. They were incredibly knowledgeable, clearly explaining all the necessary services and addressing my concerns with professionalism. The service was completed exactly when promised, making the entire process efficient and stress-free. Highly recommend this advisor and dealership!

I use to get my cars from another dealership but Jeff Boraks was so great and very professional I switched and got my new car through Mercedes Benz Coconut Creek. Not only was Jeff attentive to my needs, but was quick and found exactly what I wanted in my car in a timely manner. I would recommend Jeff Boraks to anyone I know looking for a new Mercedes.

I had a fantastic visit at MB of Coconut Creek. From the moment I pulled up for service I was welcomed by the team. Everyone was busy but took the time to say hello to all customers.
My service rep Kris K is genuinely amazing. He takes his time to explain any concerns I may have regarding my vehicle. I never feel rushed. Kris treats his customers like family. He is a valuable employee. The techs are also wonderful they always send a video of what was done on my vehicle. Transparency is key.
Although I moved 35 minutes away, I decided to drive further because of the A1 service received.

The Coconut Creek Service Center is the best Mercedes center around! Rick, my service specialist, is always available, keeps me updated on the status of my car, and has my car ready when I arrive to pick it up! Best customer service ever!

I had a great experience at the service center, thanks to Phillip! He was thorough and clearly cared about making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The overall experience was positive, with excellent service and an easy appointment scheduling process. I definitely plan to continue using this location for all my ongoing service needs!
