My experience with the service department has been a nightmare no one seems to follow protocol. I have asked to speak with general manager several times and still have not spoke with him. Please do not take your car here for any services. They will lie about things and then cover it up.

It was a unique situation where I needed the help through sales department- I initiated call spoke with Brittany however she blind transfer me to Jose VM - I made the second call and things got changed spoke with Fabrizia Galvao she listened and promised me to call back - after few minutes I got the call and she had all the findings for me also she was very present and happy girl - I highly suggest everyone to go and purchased from her because she fulfilled her commitment and very responsive. Thanks for everything there’s stills good people in car sales business.

I took my small car (smart for two model) to Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek to have the AC checked.For this service alone they charged me $347 and gave me an estimate of $960 to recharge the AC.This seems like an exaggeration to me.

Very good experience at Mercedes-benz Coconut Creek. So much better than my experience at Pompano. Alan was a great sales associate, very sincere.The independent company Mercedes-benz used to verify our check, attempted to send us to Qualia collections within 24hrs even though they received our payment hence the 4 stars. However, the receptionist, ?Monique, was wonderful and Mercedes-benz staff helped us resolve the situation. Would definitely recommend!

Best place to have your Mercedes-Benz serviced. Mr. Philip Moody is hands down the best and honest service advisor there. He will advise but not push anything on you to have serviced and takes the time to see if any part is under warranty. You will feel as if you're with family.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Mercedes Benz Coconut Creek. Scheduling tints for my new car was a breeze with their easy phone booking system. I was fortunate to work with Marco L., whose exceptional customer service truly stood out. Marco's extensive knowledge, friendliness, kindness, and patience made the experience remarkable. The Parts Director, Warren, was equally exceptional. I even drove past two other Mercedes-Benz dealerships to come to this location, and I'm glad I did. The spacious waiting area was nice and quiet. Endless hot chocolate is available for the kids. The tinting job was superb, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process from start to finish. Mercedes Benz Coconut Creek has definitely earned my loyalty as the go-to dealership for servicing my car.

5 star service 5 star ambience 5 star product. Fantastic service with great amenities in the dealership5 star service: they earned my lifetime allegiance when they told me to avoid buying the $600 electronic key replacement another dealer recommended and get an $11 number pad replacement instead ...lose $589 now to gain car sales for the future, a good deal all around5 star ambience. Espresso machine and free biscotti are also both good costs to keep me coming back. The waiting area also is comfortable and sparkling clean.5 star product: they ain't cheap papi, but that's not what you'd expect. Check Consumer Reports to get a solid model and they last a loooong time

The service dept here is HORRIBLE!Our family brought our Mercedes Benz in for problems that we were having. It took over a week before Kevin, the service associate, even told us what was wrong with it. And even then he had not diagnosed all of the issues that we had initially told him about. He didn’t even have the mechanic check it. Our vehicle was there for over a month with only one of the three issues fixed. We put our name on the list for a loaner, it has been over a month-still no vehicle and no loaner. We were told by the service manager Brian, that if your vehicle is not new or under warranty, then you will not be accommodated with a loaner. That loaner vehicles are only reserved for customers with vehicles under warranty. We are told that repairs will cost over 10k. We are being told that it will be another month before a part comes in, when they dragged their feet even ordering it. You call, get transferred to three different people, then hung up on. We called, can’t reach Kevin, left voicemails, texts, no response, no call back. The service and communication here is TERRIBLE! Don’t waste your time, energy or money here.

DO NOT THINK OF GOING HERE TO SELL A CAR. 1. They will not honor the autonation offer then lowball you. 2. They will tell you no other autonation will buy your car baca use they put it in the "system" 3. They will tell you that this is an awesome deal. It's all lies, you can go to other autonation dealers with the same check you get online and get another appraisal. The other dealer does not have to honor what the original dealer put in the system. Many actually will not care. If they want your car they will override the appraisal from the other dealer and give you what your car is worth. Stay away if you are selling your car here or be forewarned.

I used to be their most loyal customer (2014-2021). They changed last year. When my car was serviced for a few days, my car had problems. First the air conditioner, then the engine, finally the gearbox, and so on. I can pay more for maintenance, but I don't want someone else to damage my car. When I went to other companies to check my car, I knew they were lying. It's a shame to see what used to be a great company turn out this way. It is estimated that their bosses do not know that their employees are harming the interests of the company.

5 Star service...always. My service advisor Kevin Alexis and the Service Manager Brion Fitzgerald are super stars in my book. I've been bringing my 2015 Sprinter to this dealership for 6 years. My most recent repair took an unfortunate turn and more time to repair than anyone could've anticipated.... But during all that time, I always received 5 Star assistance and professionalism with all my service needs and questions. I would highly recommend this Mercedes Benz dealership and Kevin or Brion to assist you. Thank you again
