The covered parking is large enough for 4 large semi trucks to offload or reload in comfort, at the same time. Has not happened yet, I don't think. But if it does, there are lots of carts availableThe process of getting a unit was easy, whether inline or in the store. Really appreciate the professional attitude of customer service to make me feel welcomed.Thank you!”

I found his ease of communication and assurance that my personal items would be safe and all this would be a seemless process very reassuring. He was right! A year later, I was ready to get my things back with me being 700 miles away. I called Cubesmart and Rafael answered the phone and responded to all my questions and made sure everything went according to plan.”

“Jasmine was A-mazing! She was so nice and helpful and patient with me because I was u sure of what floor I wanted to be on…And besides all that I walked in 15 minutes before closing. I wasn’t sure if I was even going to be able to get waited on when I got there but when I walked in was so kind and helpful and she showed me the storage unit that were available and did not leave until she was sure that I was able to get in with the code, and that I was happy with the unit I chose. I could not have asked for a better experience! Big thanks to Jasmine for making today easy!I had a unit in this facility in 2017 and it was an excellent experience. That was a temporary situation and I did not need a storage unit again from 2018 until now.I have been shopping around for the past two weeks and I was not happy with any place I had seen, mostly because the facilities were not clean enough and worse than that the staff was very rude.The only reason I did not come back to this facility was because I have moved East and I was looking for a place closer to where is live. But after coming to your facility today… I have decided you are worth the trip!”

“If you call and are place on hold you will understand when you're in the environment. These people are working from one end of the store to the next. The manager Chantel shows great value to her customers while being harassed by Karen's. The trailer and U-box crew are working tirelessly with screaming impatient customer hounding them for check in's and check out'a when brought knowledge of the checking in and out online. I give it to this group for dealing with this hostile environment. A customer walked right in to the management offices demanding her to give her assistances, while being assisted by another young lady. She then threw her paper work at a young man for taking necessary precautions on loading trailer on to her truck, then processed to drive off. Beside that I was taken care of in a timely manor. Given my U-box and truck in a matter of 15Mins.”
