“Public Storage has several locations near my home that enable me to shop for the lowest monthly rental fee. I have found that people there are responsive to inquiries. Entry and exit are well organized. The app works well. The company tries to get you to buy insurance when renting online or using the app. This is often not needed and it creates unnecessary complexity. All in all it's good value and safe and secure. Recommended.”

I was at the point where I had already started looking at other storage facilities in the area because my monthly rate just wasn’t where I needed it to be. I was ready to move out and take my business elsewhere — until I spoke with Daphne.
She listened, understood my concern, and made the necessary adjustments to bring my monthly payment down to a rate that was actually lower than what the competing storage locations nearby were offering. She didn’t just recite a script or tell me there was nothing she could do — she genuinely went to bat for me and made it happen.
That kind of customer service is hard to find. It’s easy to let a customer walk out the door, but it takes real dedication and care to step up and find a solution that works. Daphne did exactly that, and because of her, I’m staying.
If you’re considering Extra Space Storage or even thinking about leaving like I was, talk to Daphne first. She’s the reason this place has earned my loyalty. Five stars without hesitation.”
“On the third week of July 2026, we used Back On The Go! to move our furniture and store it while our home was remodeled and fixed after a flood from pipes leaking. AJ the supervisor and his associates did an absolutely fantastic job. They seem to treat our furniture and so on as if they owned it and took care of it with such great care we highly recommend Back On The Go! to anybody looking for that type of service. App-based access is a breeze, parking is convenient, and the unit itself is exactly what I needed. Most importantly, though, Mark and his team are beyond friendly and helpful, which is not an inconsequential factor in a good storage situation. Highly recommend!.”

Realistically, my house just didn’t have the proper storage to keep my collection safe, and I wasn’t sure what to do. After a little research, I found Wine Storage of Florida, and a few things sold me. First, it’s very close to where I live. Second, they offered a great deal: if I paid for six months, I got a free month. Awesome! It was also affordable. And lastly, they keep the facility perfectly refrigerated and clean to preserve the wines. 5/5 stars I would highly recommend it to any collectors like myself.”
