“I've visited Edwin Watts a few times recently and have consistently had amazing experiences. I recently got my clubs regripped and was initially disappointed with the grip I chose. I emailed the Store Manager, Freddie, who kindly invited me back to regrip my clubs (again) at no additional cost. During my return visit, both Freddie and Larry took their time to go through every grip option with me, ensuring I was completely satisfied. The issue was more about my indecisiveness than the grips themselves, and they were incredibly patient and professional throughout the process. They refused to let me leave until I was comfortable and satisfied, all at no cost. I highly recommend Edwin Watts for their knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful service. Even when I insisted on paying, they wouldn't accept it.”

“Great experience, I did a personal fitting appointment with Tyler and he did NOT disappoint. I’m recently able to run again after a motorcycle accident so I’m a bit of a special case when it came to finding the right pair of running shoes. He was super patient, informative and very helpful in finding me the perfect pair of running shoes to help make my ankle feel as little pain as possible. Overall great experience and a great guy in general!”
“Exceptional customer service. The store is a niche, so the selection sometimes lax what you can find at Dick’s Sporting Goods. However, they always have the newest colors. They have a dog water bowl out front and a plant holder with basil and some other inviting plants in it. It is a very nice location. It’s easy to shop. It’s always organized. They should however start a loyalty reward program. Yeti customers are generally repeat customers.”
“Ok, I come to Miami every year or so and I am always blown away by this cute shop by the pier in Pompano. They have EVERYTHING and the prices are amazing. The same owner has always been here, for YEARS and he is always funny, friendly and FAIR. There are lots of other shops you can hit, but why? Lunch special and a local beer at Briney’s and a shopping spree at Miami Blues. PERFECT!”
