“If you call and are place on hold you will understand when you're in the environment. These people are working from one end of the store to the next. The manager Chantel shows great value to her customers while being harassed by Karen's. The trailer and U-box crew are working tirelessly with screaming impatient customer hounding them for check in's and check out'a when brought knowledge of the checking in and out online. I give it to this group for dealing with this hostile environment. A customer walked right in to the management offices demanding her to give her assistances, while being assisted by another young lady. She then threw her paper work at a young man for taking necessary precautions on loading trailer on to her truck, then processed to drive off. Beside that I was taken care of in a timely manor. Given my U-box and truck in a matter of 15Mins.”

“NOT properly climate controlled since new management came in August 2023. It used to be 74 degs +/- and 47-52% humidity inside. Now, new management raised the thermostats to 78 degs which lets humidity climb into the upper 60s to 70s. Mold and mildew ranges that are not good for fabrics, furniture and bedding.. I’ve run a recording thermometer / hygrometer since day one and it was very consistent before August.New manager says corp made them raise thermometer to 78 and won’t budge. Also, he said he was “not allowed” to share corporate contact info. WTH?We like this location; it’s safe, clean, convenient, and the staff have been awesome. Now, it is starting to smell bad inside and other tenants have commented the same to me.”
“This Ryder location services our trucks every 1-2 weeks and they do a great job. I've really only dealt with Maria and Tom and what I can say for them is that they're exceptional at what they do.”
“While my truck was down for my pressure washing business I rented a diesel 250 to pull my rig and I had it for almost 5 weeks after the first week they worked with me on the price and brought it down to a somewhat affordable level lol they were great to work with and I've been using them for many years and I will use them for many years to come”

“Out of the 4-5 locations I have been to this past month, this one by far was the best experience. The gentleman at the desk with the long hair was nice and professional. He explained everything clearly. Answered my questions. Even though this was a little further from my location than I wanted, I would probably go again just because of the experience. Compared to all the horrible experiences I have had prior to this location - this was great. You can actually check out your truck by speaking with someone in person.
The app sucks! Don't count on the app alone. Have a backup plan if you can't check in or out using the app.”
“Amazing customer service. I work for a company that just got me a new truck earlier this year on a long term lease with Penske and it was due for its first pm. At first I wasn’t going to get my truck back until the next day due to scheduling demands this location has , but upon hearing me out and trying to complete my loaded tanker deliveries before one of my company’s customers ran out these folks worked with me and understood my dilemma. The shop supervisor there was very attentive and kind to me and the mechanics were just simply awesome. They listened to all my little truck worries since I have to live in my little house on wheels for a few years . I really liked that they cared about everything I communicated. I look forward to doing business with them as the years go by and from me they will get nothing but respect!”
“We bought a lot of furniture on Saturday and decided that it would be more time and cost efficient to rent a uhaul. Of all the places my husband tried to get a truck the size we needed, this was the only one who had it. The reservation process was quick and easy. The only snag is that they close at 1:00 pm on Sunday, but we made it. This truck rental is actually located in a storage company, but have a ton of trucks, vans and even truck pulls. It is located in McNab rd off of University dr. The picking up process was also easy, the only thing that we were iffy about is that they take a picture of yoir drivers license. It must be a hassle because the clerk kept apologizing and telling us that is a uhaul thing and he has nothing to do with it. Other than that, everything was A-OK. Great and convenient location, lots of vehicles and a clean and nice office.”
“I was a bit sceptical because I saw a few non-helpful reviews under this I haul location, the process was smooth and the person that dealt with us at the gas station was very customer service friendly and very nice and helpful. The rates are amazingly convenient which made my job easy.”
“I was a little skeptical at first but Everything is shelf check in you check in from your phone make sure you use a good referral contact they will call them to verify then it’ll prompt you to take pictures of the vehicle to check everything . Then it’ll give you a code to the lockbox to get the key out . Truck was clean only complaint would’ve been they mentioned I’ll receive a furniture dolly and furniture pads nothing was in the back of truck . 10/10 would get a U-Haul from here again .”
“if you want to rent a truck in town these are the guys you want to see!!! my order was perfect. i went in early and placed my reservation and it took 10 min. the day of pick up they helped me do an after hours pick up because we got stuck at work and it worked flawlessly. the truck they gave me ran like a champ. the return was easy and painless even in the 100 degree weather. if you have any questions they can answer them all. thanks again guy, you made my move less painful”

“Happy I got the insurance. I normally don't get extra insurance but something told me to go ahead and get it for my move. On the way to drop off the truck I stopped for a bite to eat. While driving through the parking lot of the restaurant I didn't see a low hanging branch that hit the overhead compartment leaving a hole. I reported it and the insurance took care of the damages.”
