The representative I worked with, Zana, deserves special recognition—she went above and beyond in every way possible.
She not only walked me through the rental process step by step but also took the time to explain everything in full detail, making sure I felt confident and informed. The van was spotless and ready to go, and she personally did the full check-through with me to ensure everything was in perfect condition. What really stood out was her thoroughness and accountability—she made sure I had a direct number to call in case of any issues and reassured me that I would be taken care of no matter what.
Her knowledge was impressive—there wasn’t a single question she couldn’t answer. Beyond that, her attitude was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find someone who represents a company so well, but Zana truly embodies the standard of excellence that Enterprise is known for.
I’ve rented from other places before, and honestly, nothing compares to the level of service I experienced here. “I had a great experience with the woman who delivered and picked up my U-Boxes—I’m not 100% sure of her name, but I believe it may have been Candice. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She handled everything with such professionalism and care, and you can tell she truly knows what she’s doing.
She had such a positive attitude and clearly takes pride in helping people during what can be a very stressful. I genuinely appreciate her kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. U-Haul is lucky to have someone like her.”

“I’ve only ever had bad experiences at u-hauls but THIS LOCATION IS SO AMAZING. Tanesha helped us from getting a unit to changing it , to helping me check out and explaining the ins and outs to make it easier for next time. And Russel is such an amazing guy, he helped us carry things to our unit, and helped us discard some things. He was there checking in with us to make sure we were okay.
