I recently faced a challenge with vacating one of my spaces. The manager, Jamie, and assistant manager, Blake went above and beyond to help me accomplish that. Even though this wasn't a task that part of their usual duties, they surprised me and helped me anyway. I appreciate them, and I'd give them 10 stars for being such nice people.”

“Went here on suggestion from a friend. Met the manager or owner and he is such a nice guy. Explained all the services they offer, including a moving site where you can choose a mover and check out their ratings. You rent a truck and hire the mover from the site. This can save you money, as you are getting people that don't have all the overhead of a moving company. They also sell boxes for fair prices. But the nicest thing is that the owner had several recycled boxes the previous customers returned to him. He let me have a bunch and dropped off a bunch more to my friend for me. He lost some money through this action, as I didn't have to buy any, but it was such a nice gesture that if I ever need the services of U-Haul I will be sure to come to this location. Plus, I want to recommend this place to others to thank him.”

“Pauline was so helpful and kind and solved our problem immediately. We were given a Free upgrade of a Ford Mustang at the Miami Airport, which sounds great, but we are on our 60's and 70's. It was way too hard to get in and out of. Pauline gladly traded our vehicle for a Camry with no issue. We didn't have to drive back to the airport. I would highly recommend this shop.”

“I ordered a studio U-box for a move to North Carolina. Today a great staff member named Jamika brought my box and settled it by my garage. Very polite and a skilled driver of the big truck and 3-wheel forklift. It is HOT in Florida and she works very hard.Note about the U-box: It's great since they can store my box until I've gotten an apartment up there. I have the option to take things out with 24-hr notice. U-Haul will also connect me to local movers to help me unload if my new place has stairs. My move isn't done yet but having this flexible service is nice.”
