Recently went into the post office to drop a package off and also inquired about my PO Box payment. Apparently, it was already past due. I have been using this PO Box for over seven years and always get a notice and when I questioned when my box was due for payment the tall attendant whose middle aged (usually at far right register) with tattoos and a small hair pony states that they no longer notify their customers when payments are due. Immediately the gentleman standing behind me, went to the teller next to mine and question the same thing to see when his PO Box was due, and just so happens that he was also late however still receiving mail, but never receiving a notice that payment was due. I immediately asked if I could make the payment and he declined stating the system wouldnāt allow it but the other teller chimed in and said donāt worry we canāt sell your box off yet anyways.
This post office is very unorganized and never has stamps so I have to go to the local Publix at the other corner to get postage stamps and it appears there is no supervisor as this location as there used to be.
Recently in the last three months, I dropped off ten checks that were payable to vendors and handed them over to the same clerk I described above, and the checks were stolen and washed, which created a huge nightmare for the business that I work for. I contacted and made a complaint and specifically went into the branch and was told the cameras donāt work. First, why disclose this to a customer yet the whole line of customers? Iām very disappointed in the services at this post office and something needs to be resolved immediately. Iād like a postmaster to contact me asap. I attached pictures of proof stating that itās their OBLIGATION to notify the customer of their payment due for their PO Box.

I go in there to wait in line and he says out loud why does everyone decide now to come⦠come on if you hate your job that bad donāt freaking work it.

Today, I went to pick up a packet with a yellow card they put in my box. The cashier yelled at me with a deep high level voice: āwe are closed.ā Nasty behavior in the eyes of an expert in the politic of Customers Come First. The gentleman made me feel really bad in front of other customers waiting in his three people line. It is a shame a Federal Agency has fallen that deep. Anyways, thanks for your service, which is pending but I needed it today not on this coming Monday. Good luck.

I wish I could work here so I could get paid to be rude and do nothing all day. Every single employee here has given me attitude for dropping off packages or asking simple questions. This place sucks.

Came in, went to stamp machine/ machine peocessed payment to tell me that there are no stanps available and my money would be rerurned to my card. So i proceeded to wait in line, waited for 8 people to go through their business to come to the āoneā attendant, to tell me they also dont have any stampsā¦. Im mean, seriously??? Why arent there any signs sysing WE HAVE NO STAMPS??? What what kind of post office doent have stamps????? Amazing, NOT!

I've been going to this Post Office for several years it's the one closest to my house. In fact my friend worked here for many years . I came here a couple weeks ago and tried to send a phone back that was damaged for my husband. It had to be back within a certain time limit or they charge you. They sent me the proper information and paperwork and a label to send off the phone. I brought the label in the phone in to this Post Office . Sharon was the person taking care of me and she told me that the paperwork was incorrect and I should go to A USPS store . Puzzled I said what's that, I thought this was A USPS store?
So I called the insurance company and I made them send me another label because I thought it was a faulty label. When it arrived it was the correct label, the same one that I had given to Sharon and she declined. I brought the new label and the phone in this morning so that I could send it off before the deadline expires and I told her what happened. She acused me of lying and freaked out on me. She started screaming at me in the middle of the Post Office. I've never seen anything like it and I intend on calling corporate along with the pistmaster for this location first thing Monday morning. Never heard of anything so absurd as to scream at your customer In the middle of a Post Office. The way Sharon behaved was not in line with the standards and policies of the United States Postal service. It's OK though, they have this little thing called technology and there's definitely a tape proving her absurd behavior!

Horrible!!
With 8 customers in line waited almost an hour. One employee, Paul needed 1/2 hours to take care of one customer .
Ripped the paper work at least 2 times
He should be flipping burgers somewhere on Dixie

Place is very unprofessional they lost my package and they have not able to find it they say they didn't scan it but it was scan and it was provided receipt. Not because it doesn't show a scan then they say they going to close the case because I cannot file a claim. I believe I'm going to go file a police report because I believe somebody in there stole the package.
