I’ve had 2 priority mail letters mistakenly sorted at this place. It should be very simple to mail from Florida to North Carolina, but each time my packages ended up in the Northeast somewhere, New Jersey or Pennsylvania. Priority mail should take 3 to 5 days both times it was a 10 day journey for a simple envelope. Also...

After being told by another location that my letters were too small to mail(non-machineable) . I went here and they confirmed the size was above the minimum and was able to send it out no problem like regular mail. Thank you to the people working at this location on 4/23/2026 at 11:26am
