Place is very unprofessional they lost my package and they have not able to find it they say they didn't scan it but it was scan and it was provided receipt. Not because it doesn't show a scan then they say they going to close the case because I cannot file a claim. I believe I'm going to go file a police report because I believe somebody in there stole the package.

If there was a way to give this place 0 stars I would. I went in last week on Thursday to mail out some holiday cards. They have a flat plastic snow globe attached to them, so it makes the envelope a little bulky. I went in to show them the card and ask what the postage would be. They looked at the envelope, measured it, and weighed it and said that it would be an additional $0.40 because it had to be hand canceled since it could not go through the regular sorter. We ended up deciding rather than making them print out fifty $0.40 stamps, I would just overpay and use double postage. I returned this morning with my holiday cards and went to the same postal worker and he tells me I can't mail it. It can't be processed as a letter because it's too bulky and has to be sent out as a package. I tried to explain to him that we talked it through last week and he basically called me out as a liar, and that my envelope from last week did not have the piece inside. And that if I still want to mail them out it'll range between $3.50-$6.00 per card. Unbelievable! And unfortunate, because I told him this is why I came in last week. I would not have added the piece had he originally told me it wasn't mailable. And now it's too late, 1 week before Christmas, I can't have new cards printed. I had to pay and send each card as a package. Almost $130 later at least my cards went out in the mail ... Now what I think actually happened is that he made a mistake last week, and realized it afterward. So rather than owning up to his error and saying "yes, I'm sorry I gave you the wrong information," ... he tried to play it off as I was the one that was wrong and that I brought him a different envelope last week. Oh! And the best was when he told me, "it's too bad I don't have a time machine, so that I could go back to last week and mail out my cards with the first information he gave me." He then proceeded to tell me that for the ones that I mailed out last week, the recipients are probably going to have to pay the postage difference. Thank you USPS! Keep up the amazing customer service! I will be shocked if you are all still around in 5 more years. If I could mail letters with Amazon I would.

This place is the definition of slow. Employees really take their sweet time. Was in line for a half an hour. Employees just keep having conversations with every single person.

This place is horrible I order online from Temu right and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and I got a notification the address isn’t found and I’m like lady I have order from here all the time never had problem address was rightlook at the number it’s not that hard to see it on the mailbox don’t tell address isn’t secure when everything is right and don’t tell me I haven’t live in my place for two years and tell me I don’t live here just do your job & look at the number it’s not that hard and don’t be so sarcastic and it was some old lady with white hair and she tellls me that she’s done this for 20years and clearly you don’t know how to do you job when the address is cristal clear right and she was giving me attitude

I'm usually away from my home for several months during the winter and have my mail forwarded to my temporary address. Th forwarding process is horrendous! It seems to take a month for my mail to be delivered and I have received bills after their payment due date. There is definitly something wrong with the process of forwarding mail and it should be corrected as soon as possible.
