“Thank you to the amazing staff and customers who helped my good friend on Saturday afternoon, 4/25/26, when her legs collapsed and she fell to the floor.
So many people came to our aid. One woman found a chair Another brought the special cart with the seat. People helped lift her to the cart. The staff helped us to our car, checked out our groceries for us, and loaded our bags. They stayed with my friend while I ran in and paid.
Everyone went above and beyond to help us and my friend and I can't thank you enough!!

“I needed to grab some juice and was in the mood for a sub this morning, so I stopped by this location. It was my first time there and I loved the retro look and feel of the store.
After grabbing what I needed, I went to the deli where Vonna prepared my sub. She was such a sweetheart and recommended that I get the chipotle Colby Jack cheese next time. She let me try a piece and it was delicious. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, and Vonna definitely made my day!”

“This is by far my favorite place to shop in coconut grove. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They recently remodeled all of the coolers so that any of the chilled goods are now behind cooler doors. Not sitting out on shelves , thus keeping all of our food fresh longer. A significant upgrade for a budget grocery store.”
“This one type of Publix should always make sure that it has a website that is always able to be kept as updated as possible and all always able to be translated into all foreign languages in general and let alone, most especially even, a type of app that would always be able to be created as compatible as possible with all types of techno products in general and all. “The best of all the PUBLIX stores. I went when it first opened for a couple of months. I was disappointed because there was no way a disabled person to get up the ramp. I’m not disabled, but I was part of the DISABILITY ACT in 1990 . So, everywhere I go I look, finally since I was near, I stopped. I was more than pleased. It is so roomie. I had forgotten every single aisle was spotless and assorted in a fantastic way employees said hello I couldn’t find a particular product which I knew would be around the PHARMACY and in two seconds she told me the aisle. Check out, cashier and bag young man were excellent. I am glad to say this is my go to PUBLIX.”

“Richard is the only pharmacist I have ever seen that cares deeply for his customers - he knows all of them personally some for decades. He goes out of his way even for new customers who are visiting- I have seen this myself. Of course there are also difficult, condescending people who aren’t satisfied but that is not the result of the cvs staff efforts. I am appalled by the remarks I read - these people need to find another store- the real customers love Grand Ave and the staff!”
