“I actually like this Publix more than newer ones. Firstly though...the parking lot is a nightmare! It is in a strip mall and very messy to navigate. However, although it does not have self-checkout, it has items other Publix' do not have.”

“I love Publix and this is my store. The Publix app with the weekly add, BOGO, coupons, birthday gift, and much more is superb. Its easy to park, merchandise is first class, employees are friendly and helpful, great service and in and out quickly. Rarely have to wait in line. The competition is not even close.”
“I want to thank Dr. Harley for her exceptional customer service. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to meet my expectations. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for outstanding care.”
“Arturito’s Pharmacy is truly the best! The customer service here is absolutely amazing. I came in crying, overwhelmed, and frustrated after running around all day trying to get everything prepared for surgery. Arturito immediately took care of me, helped calm me down, and had my prescription filled in under 10 minutes—even though they were about to close for the day.
Another gentleman there even took the time to pray for me before my surgery, which meant more to me than they’ll ever know. 🥹❤
This was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any business. Everyone was so caring, compassionate, and understanding during a moment when I really needed it. My medications were also reasonably priced, and they had everything I needed for my recovery.
I cannot recommend Arturito’s Pharmacy enough. Thank you all for turning such a stressful day into such a comforting experience. You truly went above and beyond for me!”
“I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I got the items I was particularly looking for . The gentlemen in the front cashier was very helpful and I was very satisfied with the customer service . I definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone that is looking for great quality and prices .”

“This is my neighborhood Publix. I grab dinner at the deli counter probably once or twice a week. Mondy in the deli is the BEST! She is friendly. Today she noticed me waiting for service. She stopped what she was doing in the back, washed her hands and helped me out right away. She always gives a full plate of food, too. Never skimps out.”

“I can count on employee customer service to deliver & surpass my expectations. How so?
They'd check to get me items from the BoH, at checkout they at times take my basket for me & are attentive, and at Deli they make me the best of subs. Carlos Daniel is an extraordinary person in his service and quality craftmanship, along with his lady coworkers. They're just all great and i've forgotten their names, unfortunately.
Overall a consistently pleasing place to shop, considering their employees good attitudes and willingness to help!”

“If you like affordable prices and good food your at the right place. And as a added bonus for the men out there. 95 percent of the women young and old are part of the spandex club. You get to feed your imagination as well as your stomach”
“Dr. Janet is by far one of the kindest, most professional pharmacists I have had the pleasure of meeting. She works hard to find your medication in a timely manner and always has a smile on her face. I highly recommend going to D & D Pharmacy off Sunset Rd in Miami.”

“Hello. I would like to sincerely thank one of your associates Lazaro, who was on the self check out location on 4/28. He helped me with my son from having a tantrum by giving them one of those coloring sheets. It helped a lot for me to have a smooth transaction!
Thank you Lazaro!”
“This is by far my favorite place to shop in coconut grove. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They recently remodeled all of the coolers so that any of the chilled goods are now behind cooler doors. Not sitting out on shelves , thus keeping all of our food fresh longer. A significant upgrade for a budget grocery store.”
“This is my favorite pharmacy. I have been coming here since I was a little girl, they treat me like family, and always work hard to get me the best price for my medicine. I recommend Elys pharmacy to everyone!”

“This is an especially enjoyable Publix location! It's huge, clean, modern, well laid out, has a wide variety of groceries, a pharmacy, deli, sushi,
and a helpful, courteous staff. As a Wedding and Event DJ in Miami, South Florida, Key Largo, Islamorada, the Florida Keys, and Southwest Florida, I really appreciate good hospitality and clean, modern design. I travel all over, and this Publix location stands out as one of the nicest ones I've been to as an avid Publix shopper. Highly recommend!!!”

“This publix inventory is very good, as in other publix the shelves have started to reflect emptiness. The deli is quick as is the check out and the overall shop is ample not crowded. This location is a plus, apparently store management here is very good.”

“Go to Publix in the heart of Edgewater, it's big and clean, the rows are wide, giving people plenty of room to shop.
The store is busy at times but even at its busiest everything seems to move smoothly. Think this place is well managed, and definitely safe and secure, with a police regularly on duty near the door as there are homeless lingering on the corner here.
Parking is easy in the three story garage.
There is nothing like a Publix BOGO deal; would take that over TJ's or Whole Foods any day of the week.”

“Let’s just say my last visit to the store was not pleasant at the customer service line. The girl was having a bad day And she didn’t see me waiting behind the people she was attending. There was a guy when I got there attending to someone and when it was my turn, he left so I went to her line and waited. She got upset because she said that she didn’t see me and she had two lines. I told her that I had been waiting there for almost 10 minutes. It was 8 pm. She didn’t even say thank you or apologized I told her to blame the co worker that left me and her that’s all”
“Mostly save area, appropriate amount of cameras interior and exterior parking lot. Plenty of parking but high traffic, always clean and stocked. Great staff and pharmacist.”

“I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for over 20 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team is always kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and make sure everything is clear. It’s rare to find this level of consistency and care. I truly appreciate everything they do. A special thank you to Dr. Kirenia Sintas (PharmacyLead), Yislem, and the entire team for always making patients feel comfortable. I highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“Daria Puentes, The pharmacist, Is super accommodating, very easy to reach to answer questions, Has a great attitude with her patients and overall, she’s terrific! She is happy to ship my medication since I’m too far from her office and is happy to coordinate dates for delivery. Daria is fabulous!!”
“We use this pharmacy for all of our postop patients. In our business, sometimes it can be extremely difficult to find certain medications however, this pharmacy always has them in stock. They are reasonably priced and You will have very short wait times. They are definitely our go to business and Personal when it comes to prescriptions or medical supplies. Highly recommend.”

“The pharmacist and staff at the CVS in Target (located at 15005 SW 88 Street must be commended for their excellent service and care they provide to their customers. They are quite an asset to the company.”
“I have never experienced a pharmacy like this! They are so quick to answer questions and handle problems! I now get all of my medications delivered from them and I am always nervous about expensive medications getting lost or just being left at my doorstep but they have great tracking and they text you when they are close! And they don’t lie about their arrival time which is insane with Miami traffic! The best part is that they have a number where you can just leave a text message for the pharmacy to message you back when they have time instead of waiting on the phone and disturbing them when they are in the middle of something because pharmacy staff are always in the middle of something. I am so glad that my doctor introduced me to them!”
