“I was having problems with my car, and IT Car Service was recommended. I brought my car in first thing in the morning, and by 9am Alan called me back to tell me what was wrong. Not only was I expecting to pay a lot of money, but was pleasantly surprised when the price was much lower. I also asked if they would be able to do an oil change, and that also was not a problem. By 3:00 they called me to tell me that my car was ready. This was actually the first time that I've taken my car to a mechanic and felt totally at ease, they were so accommodating, so honest and fair, and did an amazing job. Highly highly recommended!!”

I called ahead and was told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour—and they were right on time. They inspected and repaired the tire quickly, and had my car ready in about 15–30 minutes after that.
