“I found these honest guys from asking AI. I am so glad I did. I called at 8am and spoke to Ron told him I heard a clunking noise in the back of my Rav 4. He said I could bring it in. We went on a test drive and he said he didn't think it was shock absorbers my mileage is to low. He put it up on the lift, checked and found it was a loose right rear sway bar nut. Everything else was fine under my car. There was no charge. What honest and decent guys they are that didn't try to take advantage of a lady. If there were 10 stars they surely would have gotten it. My new found mechanics.”

“If you’re looking for someone who truly understands the meaning of customer service, craftsmanship, integrity, and doing business the right way, look no further than John, the manager at Mr. Wheels. I’ve been around custom automobiles for 40 years, and I can honestly say that John is the blueprint for how a custom automotive business should be run. He understands that keeping customers happy while also keeping the owner of Mr. Wheels happy is a difficult balance—and he does it exceptionally well. John takes personal responsibility for making sure every customer feels heard, respected, and confident that their vehicle is in good hands. He doesn’t simply manage a shop; he represents the company as if it were his own. That kind of pride, accountability, and dedication is becoming increasingly rare. But what makes John stand out even more to me is that his concern for his customers goes far beyond automobiles. During our conversations, John suggested that I look into a supplement that might help with my severe arthritis. I decided to give it a try, and for me, it has made a meaningful difference in my day-to-day life. I feel that his suggestion has contributed to an improvement in my quality of life and overall well-being, and that means a tremendous amount to me. That experience showed me something about John that you simply don't find every day: he genuinely cares about people. He wasn't just interested in my vehicle or in making a sale. He took the time to listen, have a conversation, and offer a suggestion that ultimately had a positive impact on my life. After 40 years around custom automobiles, I can tell you that John understands what it takes to build trust and earn a customer's respect. He knows that a successful business isn't just about the work being performed—it's about the people behind the business and how they treat their customers. John knows how to communicate, solve problems, pay attention to details, and make customers feel valued. He also understands that your reputation is everything, and every customer who walks through the door is an opportunity to build a relationship that lasts. Mr. Wheels is extremely fortunate to have John as its manager. If the owner ever wants to see the perfect example of how a custom automotive business should be represented, John is that example. He is not just a manager—he is the blueprint. And personally, I’m grateful not only for the outstanding work and customer service I've received from Mr. Wheels, but also for the fact that John took the time to care about me as a person. Five stars doesn't even begin to describe it. John is a true professional, a genuinely caring person, and someone I would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for exceptional automotive work and exceptional customer service. Thank you, John, for everything you've done—not only for my vehicle, but for me personally. I. May be a little biased because Mr. Wheels has worked on three of my vehicles, but there’s a reason I keep coming back. Their attention to detail, quality of work, and genuine concern for their customers’ needs are second to none. I always leave the shop feeling completely satisfied. And then there’s John — rumor has it he’s the manager! 😂 John is one of the most honest and trustworthy people you’ll ever deal with. When he says he’s going to do something, he delivers exactly what he promises. Thank you once again to John, Mr. Wheels, and the entire crew for always taking care of me and my vehicles. And, of course, we can’t forget the security kitty who keeps a close eye on the place! 🐱😂 Great people, great work, and a shop I’m always happy to recommend!”
