“After going to (2) different BMW shops they were not able to diagnose the issue I was having with my headlight.I called Jonas with BMW Support on a Friday afternoon.Jonas said to come over that he would wait till I arrived tohelp me with my BMW X5 issue.Jonas not only was able to determine the headlight needed to be reprogrammed but also had the equipment to do so andwas able to get my headlight up and running on the same day.The fee charged was extremely reasonable, I wish I would have found them sooner!”

I chose this place because they were completely transparent about the prices. They allow you to sit in the office while they look through their system for the parts that best suit your taste and budget. Drop off and repair time was quick and easy. “The fan in my F-150 Lariat was "roaring" on high, switching on and off every 10 seconds or so. Glenn said, "sounds like the relay switch between the high and low fan speed." He said that he could look at it Friday. I dropped the truck off the Thursday afternoon as he stated shop opens at 8:00 am. Glenn called at 11:40 Friday morning. He stated it was the fan relay and all work was completed as well as adding some freon. I can't say enough about the work expediency, not to mention him knowing what the problem was just by my simple explanation. Price was reasonable and all the employees are friendly.Oh, and I was told by another mechanic the fan was running on high due the temperatures outside......WRONGGlenn has got my business in the future!Services: Electrical repair”

“I was in town visiting my boyfriend and on the way I popped a tired. Being in college on spring break I was not prepared to pay for a new tire. I stopped at another place in town and they were asking over $200 to replace the tire but I only needed something to get me back to Georgia. I called rite and Carlos was super polite over the phone and told me he would do his best for me. I pulled up and he was immediately ready to help. I told him the situation and he got me in and out for half the price with a great tire and made me, as a young girl, feel heard and respected the entire time. Carlos was extremely helpful the, wanted to make sure I was happy, and I he told me any time he can help, he will. I am now home safe thanks to Carlos and his shop. 10/10 such a good experience for something I really expected to ruin my day:)”
