The crew at Preferred Auto are good people. Frank the owner is hands on and I like that. If there are any issues after the work they make sure it’s resolved. Patrick is the guy who communicates with the customer and is a true asset to the company!

Took my car for the first time to have an oil change and tire rotation Mike found a leak from the back caliper and showed me the leak and replaced it. They did a great job and I will be coming back for any repairs when needed.
