“I went to this branch for the first time yesterday to arrange a new debit card.
The moment I entered, well the door was open by a lovely lady with a great smile greeting me to the branch! This was the first amazing part, secondly I was assisted by Sandra the senior banker, to sort the debit card replacement.
I have to say what a very professional experience to have dealt with Sandra who assisted me and arranged all the things I needed swiftly, professionally and with a great smile.
