I went to PNC ( pembroke pines) location a few times, because i have some issues about my business account, the staff’s name is Alicia, she is so helpful! She explained everything very patiently and clearly every time. She is a kind and nice person, I appreciated that everything she helps me with. I highly recommend her!!!
