But Countach was recommended to me by a major auto center in the area and I was satisfied with the work and the communication. I did find some minor items they missed after receiving my Panamera back, but I made one call to Ismael, took the car back, and had the issues fixed on the same day...no questions asked. “As I was having an issue on my Atlas, I was recommended this place by a friend. I had the pleasure to meet Juan who has been amazing.He took the car in the morning, ran a series of diagnosis to understand what was going on, called me back couple of hours later, explaining me the issues and suggested me to call a VW dealership as he thought my car would still be under warranty... it turned out it was!Honesty is what we should all expect but it's unfortunately not the norm anymore, which is why I wanted to take a comment to highlight it.I will come back to Juan without a doubt next time I am in need and could not recommend anyone enough to give this place a try if you need help with your car.”
