Reasonable price and excellent workmanship.
The customer service was excellent also.
I ran into a problem where a vendor I had scheduled was late in delivering a part to the shop. Even though this was NOT the shop’s fault, they were very accommodating and kept the car an extra two days for the part to arrive. They did not charge any extra.

I finally found a place I can confidently bring my cars to be repaired.
I drive past this place often but wasn't sure if it was a tire shop or a mechanic shop. It turns out the tire shop is next door but J&C is indeed a car care center.
Upon my arrival around 9am, a crowd had already begun to form out front seeking service. While waiting I witnessed a young mechanic, named Luis, being spoken to rudely by a waiting customer. Luis maintained his composure and professionalism and continued to provide kind service to the man who was yelling at him.
Once Luis walked to the back service area, the man (customer) came out and told me he was yelling because Luis was being racist and prioritizing the Hispanics over the black people.
I was visibly shocked and almost left due to what he said. But luckily, I stayed because that was NOT my experience at ALL. Luis was extremely kind, warm, considerate and professional while dealing with me. There is NO WAY that man is prejudice or racist towards anyone. I feel that customers sometimes have their own ideals of why they receive a certain type of service and forget to treat the mechanics with the same respect they seek.
Luis was exceptional to my son and I. He then passed us on to Anthony, the owner, I suppose. He was also refreshingly delightful, knowledgeable and very attentive. He diagnosed my vehicle for free. The service was extremely fast.
He was also very transparent. He pulled up the site which he orders parts from and explained everything to me as he placed the order. He didn't try to scam or get over on me because I'm a woman. A black woman. Anthony made sure I understood EVERYTHING that was going on with my car. He educated me on the different parts and systems under my hood and how they operate together. I knew he was being honest because I already had prior knowledge of most of the information he shared with me. Then, he added that amount of the parts to the cost of labor and that was that.
I looked up the business online and read most of the over one thousand reviews written about Anthony and his shop. Once again, I was pleasantly surprised. Almost a perfect 5 star rating with the exception of one or two people claiming prejudice towards blacks and priority towards Hispanics. I'm glad I gave this business a chance so I could see things for myself and form my own opinion. Perspective is important! They treat EVERYONE fairly here from what I witnessed and experienced. There were also plenty reviews about how kind, caring, and honest Anthony is.
My car was ready for pickup a few hours later and was purring like a kitten! 🤩✨ Anthony made sure Luis checked my fluids and sent me on my way after reiterating that if anything goes wrong with the repairs DO NOT hesitate to call him or bring it back.
The service provided by Anthony and Luis was so exceptional that I went and snatched my other vehicle from a different mechanic shop and took it to J&C. I don't want anyone else to fix my cars from here on out. His shop was loaded with customer cars when I brought my 2nd vehicle for inspection. But since I live nearby he's going to diagnose it at my house. I truly appreciate that as a woman. He made a very stressful situation a seamless and comfortable experience.

“I went in yesterday for new tires and ended up also getting some maintenance done as well. I couldn’t be happier with the service, my car is driving like it’s brand new. A few of the maintenance issues I was quoted at the Honda dealership for were way too expensive. I saved a lot of money getting my service done at tire kingdom. I will likely go back for any car maintenance issues I am having. 10/10”

“Alfa garage has been awesome! From day one at Alfa they have been extremely transparent with everything that had to be done to the car in order to get it working. They gave me different options and I went with changing all 6 injectors on my Nissan Pathfinder and the car is running very smooth. Catalytic converter was also changed and although we had a little hiccup at first they honored the warranty immediately with no problems and fixed the code it was showing.
