βRegions Bank; located at 2800 Ponce De Leon Boulevard in Coral Gables is convenient and clean with a wonderful staff, great parking and a cool clear lobby with tables and chairs. Security at the front desk is both pleasant and professional. You can stay a while and walk around Ponce. Parking is free so long as you do your business at the bank theyβll validate your ticket. Also the Coral Gables trolley runs in front of the building towards Merrick Park and west towards Calle Ocho. Lunch and dinner is within walking distance. CAUTION β οΈ NO weekends or holidays applyβ¦β

βThey are efficient if you apply for a quick loan for personal needs. I applied for credit there when I needed a new washing machine and a dryer for my house. Their credit terms were much better than in-store credit, and my loan was quickly approved.β

βSimply the most outstanding service that could ever be. I have had an account with Northern for over 20 years (as well as accounts at Bank of America, Chase, and Citi) and the service is unparalleled. My cards were recently compromised in Mykonos, Greece (including my debit card) and the people at Northern "made it happen." They froze my card and personally helped me find an ATM and opened and closed my card while I took out the cash I needed while my cards were being replaced. They were on the phone with me the whole time. A friend of mine whose card was compromised as well (competition of Northern) wasn't able to reach a human voice for an hour or so and they couldn't even help her. I will never bank elsewhere.β

βGenuinely don't understand why this place has such a low rating. Decided to finally leave a review but I come here to exchange for euros when I go visit my friends in Spain. There has never been a line. The ladies I've always gotten have been perfectly friendly. I'm in and out in 5 minutes everytime. And I've only ever paid the 3$ flat fee. The biggest trouble I've ever had, and this is just nitpicking at this point its really wasn't even a problem, was when I came during the lady's lunch break once so it was closed. But I didn't even have to wait 10 minutes before she came up the sidewalk to clock back in and open up. Done in a few minutes and went on my merry way this place is perfectly fine. You give them money, you get money. I don't know, maybe I've just been lucky every time I've gone. No complaints from me.β

βI went in today to set up a credit card and Iris Polanco was very lovely and helpful! It only took about 40 minutes to set up. She ran through all the card options with me and helped recommend which would be best. She also answered all my questions thoroughly was was friendly and chatty the whole time. Overall a great experience!β
