Largest bank in the world that isn’t in China, yet they can only afford to have 1 overworked & underpaid teller at a time. Give me a break.

I opened my account online and I go to the drive thru for deposits or taking money out. I've tried to set it up with my chime card but it's too difficult to figure out in the app and I really dislike using zelle.

Answer the phone (which is a lot more than other chase banks are capable of) but do not have accurate information. I called a day in advanced to double check that there would be a notary on the premises. I showed up to be told no one was there.
